I am very happy I got introduced to 360 GSP Training. It was basically the best at training and support towards a job within the IT industry, great support team and their recruitment team is really up to date with the market requirements.

When i completed an IT course previously, i thought that it would make it easy to get an entry level job at the end. I was dead wrong because there are so many people who have more experience. At the beginning of my career I did look in to IT but had to help my dad with his business. After good few years we both knew IT is something which I really enjoy. I spoke to one of my friends who was working as a system admin at the time and she recommended 360 GSP Training. I went to see them and at first I wasn’t sure as it took me an hour to get to them, but my dad helped me and I enrolled on silver package. From day one the tuition was thorough and there was enough support out of the classroom (one to one with qualified trainers) to ensure taking my certifications was relatively easy. I went through the challenge labs which helped me so much. In addition to this the training materials were all official books from Microsoft alongside the training manuals which I found quite thorough and easy to use.

I am still working at my dad’s business but I look after all of our IT needs, I use 360 GSP Training’s learners time to time as they gain a valuable experience. I would Recommend 360 GSP Training to anyone who are looking for a career change.

I got to see the classes and labs with all the equipment for training. I spoke with some of the students + they had a few older students on the day that had completed their courses and started working in IT to give advice. What I liked was that they weren't pushy and didn't try to sell anything and the advisors were quite happy to answer all my questions and let me sit in the class to experience it myself. I came back a week later and enrolled for the job guarantee package. I was advised on the entry level courses as I didn't have a background in IT before to get me into an IT support job. I was very happy with the trainers and support team. Everyone was always helpful and I got lots of support with my labs and exams. I was also allowed to re-sit and classes if I needed to. After I passed a few exams I had a meeting with the recruitment team to advise on my cv and about arranging my placement. I did 2 months work experience with a solutions company in central London. This gave me a reference on my CV and real-life experience. I finished my exams and in this time they arranged different interviews for me and I got my first job and currently working in IT Tech support team for provider in Canary Wharf. I am very happy to recommend 360 GSP and will be happy to attend open days to help the new students.

I had a great tutor and my classmates were all friends outside of college too after the first year. I found it a lot easier to approach other classmates and the tutor for help with them being so friendly. Passed the course and can say my future is looking at lot brighter than I could hope for.

I love the location of this college because it is easy to commute by bus or train. Staff are always there to support us. There are so many students from different countries they speak different languages so I can learn some different language as well. All of the teachers provide us materials so I am very glad to be a student of this college. 360GSP is one of the best education providers based in London,UK

I paid £2818 for a package for windows 7 server 2012 office 365. No job guarantee.  I failed my windows 7 exams. I tried very hard to pass but failed. I asked for the refund of the unused part of my package. I was refused a refund. In light of my experience with this company, it is my opinion that this company's job guarantee is worthless.

The English teacher is the best, she is very helpful, supportive and lovely. All the staff are professional, the classes which they have and equipment are good and useful and not to forget the hands-on experience was absolutely fantastic. I would have no hesitation in recommending and using 360GSP’s services again, thank you.

What I like best about studying at 360 GSP is the ability to approach lecturers about things you may not have understood in class. Most of the IT lecturers at 360 GSP Training are happy to talk about any problems I may have had and half the time would discuss them over a cup of coffee. I remember during one lecture, the lecturer took us down to an on campus cafe and we all had coffee and talked about what industry expects from IT graduates. It was one of the most useful lectures we had all semester and not to forget the Cisco trip where we had an opportunity to visit Cisco in Reading and play with the latest technology.
