No Certificate
I signed up to do a course with aim redstone, it was for ACCA foundation and intermediate. I completed the foundation stage and had started intermediate, I was told I had a total of 24 months to complete both courses which would of taken me to May 2016. From January I could no longer access the course. I also have no prove that I completed the foundation stage. I have contacted them many times and had no response. Very poor indeed!

No Certificate
I completed a few months ago my course - ACCA Foundation FIA online course and I did not receive certificate. It is ridiculous,because they ensured me that I get
certificates. I wrote to them many times any I did not get any answer. I paid for that course and I do not have any proof that I completed it.

I too have had the same thing, I completed the ACCA foundation stage and was in the middle of my intermediate course which is supposed to finish in May this year, I can no longer access the course and I haven't received a certificate for the first stage and I got no replies to my emails. Total rip off.
I completed the same course and DID NOT receive the promised certificate. I contacted them via their website but did not get a reply.

I ordered the Level 3 Legal Secretary course as it said that it was CPD Accredited.
After reading the reviews on here I decided to check on the CPD website where I was unable to find them. I decided to email CPD who informed me that they do not support or certify courses by Aim Redstone.
So do not waste your money on this course as it doesn't amount to anything other than if you read a law book!

As all of you I also started this "legal secretary course", but I got suspicious when nobody answered my emails about exams and doubts..it is clear it's something wrong.. though the course it is very complete in terms of types of laws, it is not practice at all.. and I compared this Level 3 course with different website's and the unit don't much at all!!!be in mind that as Legal secretary our work is more a administrative job and not need to know Law so in deep.
Do you know if this course is valued or recognized by any institution? Please let me know where I could claim this or if you hear from them please pass me the details!

Nothing at all! and I don't thing I will... as you I just started this course .. but I notice quite soon that something was not wright. A course withouth any type of support and exams will led to no certificate!! and what's the point to have a course's material if at the end won't get the certificate to prove it? I'm quite dissapointed.. but just reading the other's people feedback make me think we won't heard from them.

I have completed my Level 3 Legal Secretary course. I tried phoning the company, however nobody picked up. I have emailed them twice, directly to their email address and through the website, yet no response!

The nail technician course contained more info than I had expected, very thorough indeed. Really learned a lot and I recommended it to my daughter in law who also then did the course. I will definitely look to doing more courses with this company. Thank you very much
Where did you write asking for the certificate, I have been asking for 4 months already and nobody answer me.
I have requested my certificate for this course 3 times and still nothing has been sent or any reason as to why its late in coming back to me.
Yes, I emailed them 5 days after I completed it and they sent it to me within 24 hours. My daughter in law did the same and got the same response, 24 hours and the certificate was emailed to her.

I Purchased "events Management" Course, Was Going
I purchased "Events Management" Course, was going really good until it stopped working (incomplete) even though it was complete and wouldnt allow me to move forward. I have called and e-mailed aim redstone about 50 times and no response. They have my money and dont care... I will be contacting trading standards.How can they think for one minute that they can get away with stealing money from people
I signed up to a fashion design course. Stopped working half way through and still no replies from the emails I have sent. Waste of money and time!

Groupon Nutrition Courses
I bought the Diet and nutrition and sports nutrition course from groupon and I can honestly I have enjoyed it. It was very interactive and not your normal PDF course. The courses were really informative and I have learnt a lot. Once I completed my course aimredstone sent me my certificates on the third day of completion. Overall very please with the courses.

No Certificates
I bought of Groupon the course for Diet and Exercise and Sports Nutrition wanting to add to my Resume as a Trainer. Finished the course no certificate yet is states in the fine print there will be one issued upon completion. Well there is non I emailed this company and called and no response, so now I am out the cash and nothing to show for it not impressed at all I do not recommend this company to use Groupon again and for no one to purchase from them.

Paid For Courses Never Received Certificates
DO NOT BUY ANY COURSES FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought the two courses off Groupon, Fitness management and Personal Fitness Trainer. The courses are IDENTICAL. All of the personal fitness trainer course was already in the fitness management course. Even so, I completed both courses and they NEVER sent me my certificates even though I sent multiple emails. I did a nutrition course from them earlier in the year and I got my certificate? Then when I emailed saying if I can't have my certificates I want my money back - no response... NOT ONE...I emailed, called, wrote directly to them on their website.....just a terrible experience. Thankfully Groupon rocks and game my a full refund but STILL...I spent over 40 hours doing these courses and now I have nothing to show for it? No certificate...nothing....BULL

I completed an online dog grooming course in Dec 15 and have never received a certificate. Ive emailed you several times and still nothing. Trying to get contact details for you is like pulling teeth.
I would appreciate if you could send me my certificates too! Regret using this company 100%. emailed a question 4 months ago once I have purchase and still received no response! These were only requested recently but I can see that there is clearly some issue in sending them out!

I have registered for Midwifery course on this website, I am now unable to log in and finish this course. I have changed password a dozen times and it accepts it but I go to log in and says password denied every time. Can I get through to the company? I'm getting ready to purchase the sports nutrition and the diet nutrition course. How long does it take to receive the certificates of completion when finished taking the course? I don't see any positive feedback about this.
I did a course with them and so did my daughter in law. When we finished, we simply followed their instructions. Wait for 7 days and send an email and we both received our certificates within 24 hours.
