San Francisco, Open Top Bus Sightseeing Tour

Not that bad, but not that good. I would definitely stick with the Gray Line rather than Open Top. A lot more reputable. People were friendly enough and the tour was informative. Not worth the money.

I had the same problem with the San Francisco Open Top Bus Sightseeing Tour. Open Top advertised a Night Tour then cancelled it without notice. When the San Francisco Manager was contacted he refused to even discuss a refund. This is a very unprofessional organization. Should be banned from San Francisco.

We took a day tour with Open Top Sightseeing and they were okay. We paid for this tour on the spot and stepped on the bus. A week later at the end of our vacation we paid in the morning for a Night Tour of San Francisco. It was cancelled without notice and told no refund! They did not even say sorry. Then we had to go home. Tour was entertaining. Management is poor! If taking this tour pay as you are stepping on the bus.
