Worst experience ever, bad customer service who can't resolve your problem but seek more ways to extort money from you. Sad enough when trying to explain how frustrating they make you feel, they keep saying, "cant get you, bad reception, give use a number and we will call you back" but can get what you say when you are given the number. Keep away,be wise.

Spent almost 36 hours doing a search for 3 flights from buffalo to Brownsville Texas...and on multiple searches, got prices under $500 Canadian vi united air.......booked the flights and received a confirmation from cheap fare.com saying my trip was booked, only to get an email each time telling me my trip was cancelled......

Due to the possibility of many reasons....the one I was given was computer glitch.....the fare on each search fluctuated by several dollars each time , not staying the same.....I contacted customer service and asked them why they would not honor the price and they said their company would not swallow the difference as united was over $500 us a ticket, so they would not give me the flights at their website price......if it was a glitch, then they should have had a note on their website notifying their customers, then to ask me what was my problem and what did I not get......the price was staying consistently under $500 Canadian for close to 36 hours......I did a screen shot of each of. My searches, and emailed them with photos of them, and asked for an explanation but as of today, they have not had the manners to reply.....their final email to me when I booked the flights again, was TRIP CANCELLED......no explanation.....

This website has been stealing peoples money for months now...

u buy ur tickets and what not then u will never get them in the mail,

and u will not get a refund even if they said ur going to get one...

I suggest NOONE uses this site. as u can be out of 700+ money

Fantastic website which helped me book my flights when I was heading to New York with my wife. What I would say is that it's great if you aren't sure when you would like to travel, as the website offers suggestions on the best dates to travel and the best details available, however if you do have fixed travel date, it can feature a little more time to uncover the real gems. Overall, would have no problem recommending it to my friends and family.

Cheap flights found a brilliant deal to Tenerife and was able to off to an accommodation site offering equally good deals on hotels. It was really fast so no waiting for search results. There was also a link to a site for all sorts of holidays too.
