Hotel Campanile Liverpool

I was given a disabled room when I am able bodied.

The mattress was filthy and did not have a proper protector cover on it. Carpet very dirty. Electric heater on wall in bathroom which is unsafe.

Soap dispenser broke, doors do not close properly and you had to bang them to close.

Went to this hotel because I had already stayed with this company before in Scotland. This was night and day. The Scottish one was spotless and very comfortable.
