NCL Cruises, Norwegian Gem, Exotic Southern Caribbean

I returned today from a trip on the Norwegian Gem. The cruise went to Puerto Rico, St. Thomas, St. Maarten and Tortola. All the ports of call were impressive. The shows were good. However, the food needs improvement. The food at the buffet was awful in that it was often cold and lacked taste and presentation. I often wondered if the people who prepared the food tasted it before presenting it to the cruisers. The food in the dining rooms were slightly better. NCL, please take some pride in how you feed your passengers because your competition is paying attention to this. Train your chefs and cooks how to make delicious, basic macaroni and cheese, potato salad, etc.
