Cunard, Queen mary 2

We were on the last cruise of the year from New York to Quebec. The ship had come from Southampton and was headed back after. First of all, nearly everywhere we went it smelled of smoke and some of the women's bathrooms had a urine smell. There was enough food to eat but most of it was poor quality, especially the meat. The best food were the scones at afternoon tea. Whilst we had a good/nice waiter Half the staff on board were surly. Second or third day in we were told people were sick and after that they cleaned all the time going round with a bucket in the pub/restaurant. Couldnt have snacks in bar at night but could use the machines at the casino and try clothes on from their shop and put back on the rack.

To finish off, cunard have double charged us for some items the day after we got home. They were called and we were told it would take a week, its now been two weeks.

Overall the staff on board and on land are very unhelpful.Seeing as its run by Carnival now, what else can you expect.
