Bad Customer Service
If your flight is cancelled its almost impossible to get your money bad when you buy your ticket online as you have no option to speak to a customer service personnel,your only option is to send an e-mail requesting for your money back.Too bad for some customers that can't use that system for any reason.

Dear we never ever claim that we are arik air.We are travel agents.Every thing is clearly mention on our website.
We always offer £60 less price than direct arik air website.
Excellent Services I Ever Got With Arik Air
Ive travelled to Nigeria with Arik air and must say it was excellent. Not talking about pple on the flight... Nigerians! ;) Flight was excellent but on the way back we arrived an hour plus late ( might be the snow issue)
