Consistent Poor Service

Poor service at Stansted when we were delayed checking in for flight to Gsy. Unacceptable that you need to ring a CI number if there is a glitch. Also extremely poor service when fogged in on Alderney. Sullen, uncommunicative staff who were not interested in trying to assist stranded customers. Two days of sitting on the floor waiting for fog to clear and no assistance with finding overnight acconmodation. No compensation, not even a free cup of tea. So glad I don't have to fly with them again!.

After Weather Delays They Worked Hard And With A Smile

Weather delays to get back to Guernsey are always tough but the flight crew explained the situation (with diagrams too) and the ground staff did their best too.

The thing that wins it is that Aurigny were the only flight not to give up that evening. All the other airlines cancelled.

There may have been a substantial wait but eventually we left and got back to Guernsey.

I had heard that Aurigny were that kind of company and I got to experience it first hand.

I Travelled To Alderney At The End Of December On

I travelled to Alderney at the end of December on Aurigny. The help and service of the staff was fantastic. Having been delayed by 24 hours due to fog on the previous day (all flights into and out of Southampton had been cancelled). My original carrier was unable to offer a replacement flight until after the New Year - 4 days later - defeating the whole reason for this trip.

Aurigny let me make a last minute (one way) booking for 4 passengers and made every effort to get all their original passengers over to Alderny and laid on three extra flights overnight. The ground crew's help in securing these last minute places on already 'full' schedules was exceptional. They even recommended a pub in walking distance of the airport - to while away a few hours of the extra night's stay near the airport. you will not find a friendlier and more efficient team operating anywhere.

Note: the plane is an 18 seater - every seat is a window seat, and the views are excellent.

I Have Used Aurigny Twice This Year (2010) To Visi

I have used Aurigny twice this year (2010) to visit Guernsey, first time was from Gatwick, second from Stansted. On both occassions I experienced a very pleasant flight with friendly and attentive check in staff and cabin crew. The planes are clean and for me have plenty of legroom. Flights have departed punctually and arrived in Guernsey either early or on time. The free paper and complementary drink are a bonus, as is the clear pricing which includes upto 20kg of hold luggage - you know exactly what you'll pay when you check flights availability on their website. I find their website easy to use, you can check flights 2 days either side of your selected date for availability and price, and there are no debit card fees. All in all the flights have been a pleasure and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Aurigny.

After A Delay Of More Than 7 Hours And No Informat

After a delay of more than 7 hours and no information, no care and no compensation, Auringy staff came around with tax free goods on the airplane. Despite the facts that most passengers had been travelling for more than 12 hours (for a 50 minutes flight) and had not been able to to eat or drink before the flight this was ignored by the staff and drinks were only offered after they had made their money.

If I could give no stars then that would be my rating.

Aurigny Flies From Stansted To Jersey, Guernsey An

Aurigny flies from Stansted to Jersey, Guernsey and France.

The greatest thing about booking with Aurigny is 'what you see is what you get'theres no add on prices. Luggage is free - all taxes are shown in the price. The planes are very small and you even get a free drink. I have to fly to visit family in Jersey about three times per year and

I have changed my allegiance from Flybe to Aurigny.

Aurigny Lost My Bag Too, No Trace. Exactly The Sam

Aurigny lost my bag too, no trace. Exactly the same scenario. They just didn't call. Eventually I made a claim and although they couldn't find the bag, they didn't apologise, but say the bag was badly packed and they are therefore not responsible. I used to use them a lot, but now I just don't trust them. Make up your own mind.

I Have Used Aurigny To Travel To The U.k And Betwe

I have used Aurigny to travel to the U.K and between the other islands many times and have always found them to be fantastic. Living in the Channel Islands we do have a problem with weather (fog and high winds) and when such a problem does arise I have found the airline to really look after their passengers and they don't cancel flights at the drop of a hat unlike other airlines.

Aurigny Lost My Luggage. After Six Phone Calls And

Aurigny lost my luggage. After six phone calls and numerous people telling me they will call me back 22 days later they say they are not responsible as the bag was inadequately packed! How they can tell this having lost it is beyond me! Terrible customer services

I Arrived At The Airport Early And Was Allowed To

I arrived at the airport early and was allowed to transfer to the earlier flight without paying extra. No complaints about Aurigny, except for the price but this was largely taxes.
