Bangkok Airways Very Accomadating

I had a problem with my flight, the airline changed my flight free of charge and responded to all of my emails in a timely manner.

Damaged Luggage

Used Bangkok Airlines and my brand new case was badly damaged. I understand this can happen with any Airlines, but it was the very poor Customer Care that I received which bothered me more.

I followed all the correct procedures, completed the PIR, and when I finally received an email from them it just requested me to send all the same information again, including the copy of the original PIR.

Just delay tactics so you become bored of chasing them.

So, take a tip from me, pay a little more for your ticket, use a better Airline, you really do get what you pay for.

I certainly will never, ever be using Bangkok Ailrines again.

Flight Cancelled, New Flight Delayed

This airline I am convinced operates unethically. They cancelled my flight out of Bangkok for 'scheduling reasons'. I am convinced it was due to the flight not having many customer so they figured 'hey let's put everyone on the next flight' The next flight WAS NOT FULL. So this validates my premise. The next flight left about 45 minutes late. What is wrong with this airline??? Upon my return flight I arrived to the airport early and asked if I could be placed on an earlier flight. The earlier flight was the same class of service and at the time of booking was the same price, yet Bangkok Air tried to charge me a change fee for getting on a one hour earlier flight that was half empty. Terrible, terrible,terrible customer service!

Bangkok Airways YOU are in a SERVICE industry. If you don't want to provide SERVICE you will soon be bankrupt! AVOID this airline at all costs!!!!!!!!

Delayed But Efficient Customer Service

I had booked a return flight from Bangkok to Phuket. Due to my mother's illness, we had to cancel the trip. Tickets were nonrefundable and still I called them, to explain that it was a medical situation. The lady on the phone asked me to send a letter from the doctor. I did that 4-5 days prior to my planned trip. No reply was sent until 2 days ago, which is 2 months after our planned trip, which we could not make. I just received an apologetic email, that they were sorry for the late reply and they were going to give me the money back. Nice.

Warning Waning....donot Carr Excess Baggage ...even1 Kg

Writing to imform that i traveled from switzerland with wife and daughter on etihad to Ccambodia.

I had ann excess luggagge of 7kg because carrying a golf bag. I was not charged anything .

We stoped overnight in bangkok and next day checked in for phnom penh. they carged me for excess baggage when the plane was not even half full.

The lady att banngkoairways counter was a lady called navaraporn buakant. She was unfriendly, rude and very unpleasant.Its not the first time bangkok airways does not care about its clients .

i would advise them to learne from etihad as they knnow what servicing is all about.

I have sent 18 emails to their so called "customer services" about a problem which any UK airline would have sorted out in minutes.

Expensive, Terrible Service, Rude Staff, Broke Int

Expensive, terrible service, rude staff, broke into 2 of our suitcases, and wrecked them.

Complaints section were quick to respond to

our email but slow to investigate our complaint. Still waiting on the outcome/documentation to give to our insurance company.

Very expensive venture!

We Cancelled Our Flight Due To The Volcanic Errupt

We cancelled our flight due to the volcanic erruption, at the time i was pleased i didn't book the web saver ticket but one of th eother ones that they keep 500 baht admin and refund the rest. For two tickets i would have only lost £20 rather than £200 but as of it Bangkok air has not refunded my money. I have sent them several e-mails but received no response. Customer service is terrible.

Just Writing To Warn Others Not To Purchase The Fl

Just writing to warn others not to purchase the Flyer Passes that Bangkok Air offers. Though they told us when we purchased these passes that their were no limits or restrictions associated with the passes. We've tried several times to book seats on flights that had seats available only to be told that they are not accepting any more flyer passes on that flight.

Looks like these passes might expire before we are able to use them.

Save your money don't buy the flyer passes.

My Wife And I Used Bangkok Airways Extensively Thr

My wife and i used Bangkok Airways extensively through out Thailand . We found the staff very nice and the planes always on time.
