Well, Flights Were On Time, But That Is The Only T

Well, flights were on time, but that is the only thing positive I can say. We booked through Thomas Cook and paid the extra £60.00 for meals on return flights (£7.50 pp each way). What a complete waste of money. Outward flight meal consisted of a few mouthfuls of lukewarm, congealed pasta (not very appetising), a dry bread roll and a very tiny baklava. Return journey meal was a rubbery omelette, a single cherry tomato and one thin sausage full of white fat. Tea was lukewarm water which may or may not have glanced briefly at a teabag. I asked whether water was available instead of tea or coffee for the children (who had also paid £7.50 each for their meals)...but was curtly told "No, if you want water instead, you buy it from the bar".

Stewardesses were rather prickly, if well rehearsed (a bit like robots) and on our return journey, one of them went in to the loo to change an empty toilet roll without any gloves on and did not appear to wash her hands before serving the food (we were sitting right at the front of the plane and though they were pulling the grubby grey curtain back and forth for their own privacy, it was half hanging off its railing so it was not very effective at hiding them from view).

Really quite an off putting experience. I wonder if standards are becoming so dire on other airlines. If you want to eat something decent and handled with a modicum of hygiene on this airline, "Don't book it...don't even Thomas Cook it!...bring your own on board!"

First And Last Flights With This Bunch Of Comedian

First and last flights with this bunch of comedians. Flights both ways were subject to short delays. Boarding at Larnaca was a circus. Staff just yelling at each other and no info relayed to passengers. Meals were dire both ways. No entertainment available either way.

Return flight was blighted by a problem with the toilets at the back of the plane. The entire area stank of faeces throughout the flight. The problem must have occurred during the previous flight but nothing had been done to tackle it. Consequently those of us seated at the rear were obliged to sit with our noses and mouths covered for nearly 5 hours. No communication from the staff about the problem, no apologies.

If this site let you give them have no stars, they would have got none. Avoid like the plague!

I Have Flown With Eurocypria For The Past 5 Years

I have flown with eurocypria for the past 5 years and not had any problems. The meals where fine as far as plane food goes. you dont expect 5 course gourmet meal. The staff where brilliant even when one of the passengers passed out on the flight they were all trying to help and doing as much as they could. The in flight entertainment was good up to date films. My flights have mainly been on time apart from once, which was due to air traffic control problems over france. I see a few people have said that flight was delayed due to problems, but wouldnt you rather the problems were sorted on the ground and not at 36000ft.

First Time We Have Flown With Eurocypria And Last!

First time we have flown with Eurocypria and last!!!

We flew to Cyprus, the flight was delayed by 2 hours due to a PA system fault. We had to sit at the gate area for this time with no information given to us. Meal on the flight was disgusting, no starter , a spongy lasagne which you had to search for the meat !!! bread roll and a biscuit called JOKER ! for desert. No entertainment for a 4 1/2 hour flight. The staff were disinterested. Flying home again another delay by 45 mins due to problem with engine, the plane had to be shut down and restarted. Meal again disgusting, little cubes of potato (I think) sausage and what seemed like powdered egg. We paid for these meals !

Not sure how anyone could write a good review based on this !

Flights Were Spot On Time In Both Directions On Ta

Flights were spot on time in both directions on take off and landing, and relatively smooth. The cabin crew although polite seemed disinterested. We asked for coffee when the drinks trolley came but was told only soft and alcoholic were available, although coffee was served with the meal and top ups offered. The in flight meal was disappointing to say the least

Our Outbound Flight Was Delayed By 2 Hours Due To

Our outbound flight was delayed by 2 hours due to a problem with the aircraft's PA system. We were told to go to the gate and then just kept waiting there. The staff gave little information from behind the glass doors, despite the fact that people kept going to the doors to ask what was going on. Why they did not tell us to go back to the lounge where we could wait in comfort and buy coffee etc., is a complete mystery. They were clearly getting updates from the aircraft as the phone kept ringing but they couldn't be bothered to pass the information on to us. Once on the aircraft there was an apology for the delay. The oubound meal was OK - a lasagne which could be identified as such. On our return we were, as usual, early checking in. We were allocated a window and middle seat. When the gate opened, we were called to the desk, just before boarding. Our boarding passes were changed, no explanation was given. When we checked, we now had two aisle seats. Once on board, the engines running, there came an announcement to say that there was a problem with the engine. They would have to shut it down to fix it. So we were then delayed for about half an hour worrying about what was wrong with the engine. The return flight meal was nothing short of disgusting. It was I think breakfast. There were little cubes of something white which may or may not have been potato. This was about half the meal. There was a frankfurter-like sausage in the middle and then a solid yellow bit at the end, which may at some stage in the past have been egg. When cut, it crumbled into bits. It had red bits in it which could have been tomato, perhaps red pepper. Who knows. We've never travelled Eurocypria before. We never will again. End of story.

Eurocypria Are An Excellent Airline. We Booked Las

Eurocypria are an excellent airline. We booked last minute for a week, fly with them a lot. Their customer service outstanding, their planes are modern, luggage is 20kg and free, nice meal - free. **TIP** Book last minute via Olympic Holidays for an excellent deal - we paid just £77 each return!!! Excellent! Also, remember people are a lot more likely to write a review if they had a bad experience than a good, and airlines don't always get it 100%. I have flown with them numerous times and been just as pleased each time. Definitely recommend.

Excellent Airline, Flight Was Delayed Going Out Bu

Excellent airline, flight was delayed going out but could happens every airline. Plane was very comfortable for the 5 hour flight. Found there to be great leg room comapred to Thomas Cook which are dire. Meals were very nice and cabin crew friendy. Captain told us lots of silly little facts like speed time in the air distance! So it is 2739 miles from Laranca to Belfast! Wouldn't think twice about flying with them again!
