Friendly Staff, Uncomfortable, Tight Seats, Airpla
Friendly staff, uncomfortable, tight seats, airplane left and arrived on time. My biggest complain: did not even attempt to serve the vegetarian fare. I expected it (I am a Serbian) and got my food at the airport.
Will fly again with them. Oh, yes, they still smoke inside Belgrade Airport.

My Teenage Daughter Was Travelling Alone For The F
My teenage daughter was travelling alone for the first time and because of a flight delay she was put up in a cheap hotel in Belgrade. She didn't understand the language and was very frightened. She called home to let us know what was happening and we ended up paying Euro $200 for her telephone calls. This was bad but I would need pages to write everything. I would never use them.

Overall this airline is pretty good and I would recommend it for flying all over Europe! I liked the airline its a good value. Staff was very nice.
