Spicejet - Ridiculous
I had my flight from hyderabad to kolkata SG 674 on 19th Dec 11:30 PM. Spicejet sent 3 messages starting 10PM till 1AM saying flight will be delayed from 12:30 to 2:30 to 3:30. Then at 2AM, the staff member said flight is cancelled due to bad weather and they don't have any other alternate. Although, all other flights were going in and out of Kolkata airport. 160 passengers were stranded at hyd airport. Manager came at 4:30AM and promised he will arrange flight at 3PM next day. All of us waited the whole night at airport. Next day at 11AM, manager comes at 25D gate and said,the 3PM flight delayed till 8PM atleast.
This is inhuman. Few guys had interviews, connecting flights. One women had to go kolkata to see her dead father's body.
You guys have no sympathy for passengers.
While exiting the airport, I met atleast 3 other passengers of different destinations whose flights were cancelled/delayed for 10hours by spicejet
All my plans were runied, and I wasted a lot of time and energy because of you.
This was the most pathetic experience of my life and other 159 passengers.
Spicejet don't deserve to be in Airline business.
Please guys don't book the tickets via SpiceJet EVER EVER EVER again.
Awesome Experience
I have been traveled Mumbai to Delhi by spice Jet , this is nice flight very cooperative staff. Air hostess are very charming and helpful. Service is too good no any complaints. But i want to complaint small one that earlier trip i got mineral water complementary but in this trip i could not got and what is the reason behind this i dont know.
I think we should give complementary in the flight for customers and you can attract many client to riding all over the world , this is my small suggestion .
Otherwise it was tremendous journey with spicejet. Thanks lot to all of you. Good luck in future .
Flight Delayed Regularly
Flight from Madurai to Chennai 609 delayed for multiple consecutive days and no real explanation provided by ground staff. No assistance what so ever to passengers who had connecting flights or other appointments. Check-in staff were also in considerate in luggage charges and other incidentals. Fortunately, I will not write any further reviews on Spicejet as I have other good choices to consider when I have to fly from Madurai to Chennai.
Delayed But Joyful.. :-)
I traveled for the first time with spice jet & I was traveling from Bangloare to Pune . Flight number - SG 528 ( GYJW8N ) being frank first impression wasn't that great as flight got delayed by 2 hrs for 2 times in a day. But rest of the things were taken care by crew members & staff very nicely .
As flight was delayed all passengers were little upset with it. But ground staff & inflight crews were very humble . They managed it very well.
Specially inflight crew called Sameera was exelant . Was more humble & managed things very well even while taking arogance from 2-3 clients . Over all it was good experience & I wish services will get better & better in future .

Disgraceful Customer Service
Booked a flight online with Spicejet that failed on the last screen, no email was ever sent. Phoned them up to check what was happening, the customer service representative (if that's what you can call them) assured me the transaction had failed. When I checked my account a few days later they had taken the money even though I had no tickets or even any booking number. Now, nearly six weeks later and with numerous phone calls and emails I am at a stand still. They are not replying to anything. Absolutely gutted that a company in this day and age can take from you in this way and seemingly not care about it.
Flight Cancelled And No Full Refund...terrible Airline
Was supposed to fly with spice jet Mumbai- Bagdogra, but they decided to cancel the flight due to less passengers and offered me another flight but unfortunately nothing suited my transit time since I was landing from London the same day. I wasn't very upset till then and decided to book with some other airline but they refused to give me a full refund. The staff explained to me that they have to pay some internet charges but that is not my problem since it was the company's decision to cancel the flight and not mine. This is utterly nonsense and whatsoever I did not receive my full refund. It is ridiculous. Very very bad airline company. I will never again use this airline and not recommended it to anyone unless you want to land up with no choice and no money because of course they are going to charge you even if it is the fault on their part.
Never Book A Spicejet Flight
Recently our flight got cancelled after rescheduling the flight time. We were asked to contact call centre for rebooking. Callcenter people not receiving any calls nor is there anyone in Spicejet customer care who can guide us or help us in this.
I would say never travel on Spicejet. It is pathetic.
Worst Service Airline
Spice jet is the worst customer service ever I have experienced, I have traveled many countries in many airlines. But spice jet customer care especially check in desk treat the customers like illiterate, and as trash. I flew in spice jet 5 times domestic and international and my husband flew countless time due to they were bit cheap fare than other airline at that time. Not a single time we both experienced a decent service. I would never recommend or fly this Spice Jet again.

Its the worst airline ever with very bad service with full of non understanding people....very dissapointed...i would not recommend to take this airline even if its cheap..............
Cancelled Flight And Awful Service
I have booked the SpiceJet flight from Lucknow to Hyderabad to travel on 5th March 2014. The booking was done on 25th Dec 2013.
On 28th Feb, I received just a SMS mentioning the flight from Lucknow has been cancelled due to operation reason and ask me call at their call centre to rebook the flight.
When I called, I was given two options
1. Either travel a day before or a day later - I mentioned that it is not possible for me owing to my personal and professional commitments.
2. Take the full refund - I mentioned that I have to travel on 5th Mar 2014 and if I take the refund and book flight from another airlines, who will pay for the difference in fare (which obviously is their responsibily as the flight has been cancelled from their side). To this they mentioned that it is not their responsibility.
3. Take a flight on same day from Varanasi instead of Lucknow - Varanasi is around 287 KM from Lucknow. In order to catch a flight from Varanasi, I have to start at least 8 hrs prior to my flight time apart from spending like 5 thousand rupees in booking a cab.
I have requested them to provide the below option
To book a different flight (indigo or jet) from Lucknow to Delhi and then I board the same flight from Delhi to Hyderabad, which I had already booked. This option has not been agreed upon by them.
