We had our flight to Corfu cancelled on August 18th 2020. We were due to fly out on Sept 3rd. I sent THREE emails to the offices asking for either a refund or voucher to use on future trips. I have had no reply's to these email's, although they say they will endeavour to reply ASAP. I've been using this company for 8 years now. I won't be using them in the future, if no one can be bothered to reply. AIRPORT TRANSFERS, your loss not mine.

Been using this company for years now but this time was the worst ever. It took over 2 hours to go to Kassiopi, normally 1hour 10 mins, but this time we went to Sidari & Roda. The return was nearly as bad. We had to walk half a mile to the village square for a 07-10 pick up having asked for a pick up outside the apartments but, were refused only for the coach to pass them. I don't know if we'll use this company again.

We were met at our meeting point at the airport promptly which was perfect start to our holiday and gave us our welcome package. The driver was very friendly and chatty, informed us about the island and it's historical sites and best places of interest to us. As we travelled to our villa we passed through beautiful scenery, thanks to the driver taking a route to show us a few tourist hot spots and advising us were to go. He got us safely to our villa and if we had any issues or wish to go on any trips to call the number for assistance within the time stated. We were a little unsure about our inbound pickup time and read all the info on our vouchers, still unsure I decided to email them the day before. So glad I did, I got a reply within 10mins this was so reassuring and helpful. We were then able to relax and enjoy the last day with knowing all was ok. The driver turned up within the time we were given, arrived safely and quickly at the airport, the driver again very pleasant and helpful with our bags and information about the island. On 1.1.2018 I booked a taxi for Fuerteventura in February, and received a message saying 'If you do not receive a booking confirmation email from us within 48 hours, you must let us know as failure to do so may lead to missed emails about your booking which we cannot be held responsible for'. I did not receive a booking confirmation email, so after 48 hours I used Airport Transfers' messaging system to ask for assistance, and received the reply 'Your message has been sent, someone will respond shortly'. After 3 more days there was still nothing from Airport Transfers - the only thing that had happened was that they had taken the money from my bank account. Finally I phoned them, and after queuing for 35 minutes I spoke to someone, who told me the company has been moving offices. This has been my worst-ever experience of booking anything online.

No problems despite being picked up at a private villa rather than a hotel.

Much quicker than getting the shuttle bus and easier than taxi and much cheaper than hiring a car. What's not to like?!

The company responds to email queries within a day or so of a query. The prices are good and ccmpare to other companies but not a bargain.

We chose the basic offering and for 2 people it was £11. The website is easy to use and the booking process is very good.

However, the pickup from Tenerife airport was a bit of a farce. Told a bus was waiting for us but sent to wrong bus stop number and only corrected when I went back to the airport office to query it.

For some reason the coach driver wasn't happy during the whole loading process and constantly slamming his paperwork down on his seat, muttering to himself and waving his hands about.

We waited an hour to load everyone and then an hour to go the few miles to Los Cristianos having made a number of dropoffs.

The return from Los Cristianos included 5 other pickups and took 90 mins from our pickup before we arrived at the airport (thats TFS not TFN). Honest.

The driver was a cheerful person and I felt sorry those poor souls who were already on the bus before we boarded.

In January we have booked with HOPPA who we have previously used and who tend to use a different transport company at the airport. Lets hope for better things.

The only criticism I have is that outbound I did not get the speedy shuttle that I requested and had to make do with a coach that called everywhere. I requested the speedy shuttle for a reason namely that I am disabled. However apart from this no complaints regarding the service I received
