I arrived in Barcelona with a prepaid voucher for transportation from the Cruise Terminal to Barcelona Airport on 1 May 2022. The taxi was to have arrived at 11:00 a.m. for a 1:55 p.m. departure. Our party (four) waited until 11:10 and then opted to take a taxi to the airport for fear of not making our gate and timeline for checking in. " My response was: "I regret to inform you that your driver is falsifying his invoice or picked up the wrong passengers. The number of passengers and amount luggage shown is NOT true.
