Booked a return transfer to Kerkera Island hotel and were dropped about 1.5km

away from the hotel since the driver said the roads were too narrow.We decided to walk the rest of the way because we were in no hurry.CAT did offer another coach to finish the journey but I declined.

My biggest worry was the return transfer but they realised a minibus was needed to reach the hotel and one duly turned up for the return transfer and all went as smooth as silk.

We had no problem with our journey from the Airport to our resort, apart from the mini bus seeing better days. But unfortunately cannot say the same for our return journey. Should have been picked up at 5.10pm, at 5.20pm we telephoned to see where the driver was. The telephone operator contacted the driver who said he was 5 mins away. 5.40pm we telephoned back and the operator contacted the driver again who said he was almost outside our hotel (we were outside waiting). At 5.55pm the Driver finally turned up and was obviously put out about something as his attitude was apalling.There was no apology either. Talked on his phone constantly all the way to the airport and driving far too close to other drivers. On arrival at the airport we asked which way to go and he ignored us. But then held his hand out for a tip. Jog on matey.

We booked coach transfer to our hotel from Corfu airport, it was confirmed & everything. We got to the airport & eventually found the driver. There we about 10 people in the coach including us. The driver asked which hotel & we got in. 30 mins later he just stopeec in what looked like the middle of nowhere & told us we r there. We asked wer as we couldn't see hotel & he said someone is on the way to take u to the hotel. NO ONE WAS COMING. we ended up ringing the hotel for directions & it was over a mile away. Luckily they offered to pick us up.

Then on our return journey we had booked private transfer for 9:30am, they took the money for private transfer only to send a shared mini van in the morning @ 8:30am. We told them we had booked private transfer & 8:30 was too early, they then told us tht they only had vans available. So why did they take full payment for private & why not call to confirm! So I asked for my full refund (which I'm still waiting to go through) & we had to start calling other taxi companies to get us to the airport! Useless, uneiable company! Don't waste your time!

Taxi transfer 25 mins late with initial pick up at corfu airport. Taxi driver did not know where the drop off point for the hydrofoil was. On return trip after 3 emails confirming return trip taxi did not turn up to take us from hydrofoil to airport. Contacted corfu transfer by phone who assured me they would ring me back within 5 Minuit. Contacted me eventually to say that a taxi was at the hydrofoil 30 minuets late when we had already paid for a not her taxi to take us to the airport. In future I would just get 1 of the numerous taxis available at airport or port

Corfu airport transfers.com UK Family left at hotel with child despite paying for services in the UK. Now a subject of legal proceedings as the company lied about the taxi being at the hotel AND HAVE NOT REFUNDED THE MONEY DO NOT USE !!! ALSO KNOWN AS TRAVEL 2000

I have never had to give a bad review to a transfer company but this IS the exception. Not only did they NOT turn up for my transfer to resort, they did not take responsibility for their actions and gave me nothing but grief when I contacted them. Having incurred additional costs to get to resort and then having to arrange a return transfer, they have only now, THREE months later, repaid the initial transfer cost. They would not cover my additional expenses even though I kept them to a minimum. Each to their own but let me tell you they ARE the worst and I advise you to avoid them at all costs.

The ''Air- Conditioned- Private Coach '' , we booked and paid for 8 mths in advance, the vehicle was none of these things at all. It was probably the oldest, dirtiest, unsafe Minibus we saw on the whole island of Corfu.

The rep was not there to greet us, - turning up 15 mins late,

We had to wait until other passengers ( who we did not expect to be sharing a private mini-bus with) came through arrivals,

The trip to Kassiopi was dreadful, as the driver was extremely erratic,

Most of the seats were broken,

Because the seats were broken, it was not possible to operate a seat belt properly, and therefore most of the seats are unsafe.

The 'air conditioning' was merely a blower- that sent air through the bus, when the mad-driver speeded up. The road to Kassiopi from Corfu is pretty dangerous, with mountain edge sections, and tight bends,- the driver was speeding and braking harshly, answering two different mobile phones going off, and driving with one hand,

The journey was not pleasant at all.

On return journey to Corfu airport, we again shared our 'private booked minibus ' with other passengers.

It was the same vehicle, which was probably the oldest, dirtiest, unsafe Minibus we saw on the whole island of Corfu.

We will not be using the 'service' again, and have advised the company to alter practices, vehicle(s) and introduce safety procedures, if they expect to gain repeat bookings from anyone holidaying in Corfu.

Like another reviewer mentions, we could have booked Mercedes and travelled in comfort for roughly the same price, and that's what we'll do next time.

When we arrived at Corfu airport there was no-one to meet us and after everyone else had left there was us and one other family (guess who they had booked their transfer with? ...Corfu Airport Transfer!!) My husband asked a random tour company if they knew of Corfu Airport Transfer, as there were many booths inside the airport, but none for Corfu Airport Transfer. The man was very helpful and said knew of them and finally tracked someone down outside the airport building who was part of the company, but, there was no taxi banner or clue as to the fact he was part of Corfu Airport Transfer. Despite my booking detailing the correct information, he had the wrong information and time and finally sorted us a taxi, saying the airline had provided the wrong information. My husband confirmed out departing flight time and the time we would be picked up from our apartment at least three times with the individual and he wrote it down on his paperwork. GUESS WHAT? Our pick up time for departure was 2.45pm and at 3.10pm no one had turned up. We tried to phone Corfu Airport Transfers but they were CLOSED, not opening til 6pm!! We ended up getting another taxi and were late for our check in time but, fortunately, did not miss our flight. This is SOOOO not what you want at the end of your holiday. I certainly would never use this company again. The taxi we came back to the airport in charged us 40 euros (from Paleokastritsa) which was cheaper than Corfu Airport Transfer, so my advice would be, if you are travelling by taxi, just book one when you are in Corfu.

super service, as soon as u walk out of arrivals you are greeted with a guy holding a sign. We were told that we were the only ones going south so had our own vehicle even though we only paid for shared transport. again on the way back they called us the night before to say as we were the only ones from that area instead of collecting us at 0820 they would collect at 0920 which was great, cut down on the waiting about. Driver was already waiting for us when we arrived for pick up 15 minutes early. great service, would highly recommend and will use again.
