I was incredibly disappointed with this service. you were 40 minutes late for pickup. communication was incredibly poor - we had to call over 20 times. when we were finally collected the driver nearly had 2 accidents. we were promised a free return service to make up for this mess and guess what, the driver ignored us and didnt turn up. shocking service, we should have ordered a Bolt/Uber (would have been cheaper) we want a full refund.

We arrived in Malta at 11:15am on the 23rd March. In the arrivals lounge we spoke to a saleswoman for the company who told us the journey to our hotel in the transfer would take 20 minutes and the bus would arrive in under 10 minutes. Thinking this was reasonable, we paid the €14 and the €10 for a return trip. We were told to collect our receipt from another woman, outside of arrivals. Here we were made to wait ten minutes. She gave us the receipt, was incredibly rude, rushed us off and told us to wait outside.

Our transfer didn't arrive for 45 minutes, not the ten we were told. When we asked where it was, we were brushed aside and ignored.

When our driver did finally arrive, we were then made to wait in the bus for another 15 minutes, so they could fill it up. By this point we had been waiting for an hour.

Unsurprisingly, the journey then did not take the twenty minutes we were promised. It took an hour. Two hours for a twenty minute journey is disgusting, and every time we complained we were spoken down to and pushed aside.

Arriving at our hotel we called up to cancel our return trip, believing we would miss our plane if we use it. On the phone we were then told refunds are not 'part of their policy'.

It seems Malta Transfers have NO customer service. They are rude. They are unorganised. And they are liars. Every other person in our taxi felt similarly, and were angry with the service they were sold.

Do not use them.

I live in Malta and i used MALTATRANSFER to go from the airport to somewhere in malta. After 1 HOUR WAITING (not joking) we leave the airport. The driver left me far away from where i was supposed to go ( 20 minutes walk) threatening me and forcing me to go down. i'm not gonna take this taxi again.

DO NOT TRANSFER WITH MATATRANSFER!

The private hire trip from hotel to airport was terrible. The driver drove far too fast through towns weaving through the traffic and cutting up other drivers. He also took us of the main roads and through some mountainous terrain where there were many hairpins and very narrow roads and at great speed. He was always accelerating or braking hard. He was also receiving and reading text messages. I very nearly asked the drive to stop the minibus and just drop us off in the middle of nowhere. Three out of seven of us felt very sick. We got to the airport more the 3 hours before our flight (had to wait an hour for bag drop) but at least we arrived at all.

Just to say a big thanks to the driver Mr. Marlon from Malta airport transfer who looked after us last week. Great service. We took a private transfer from Malta airport to Silema for a very good price (20 euro for 4 people). Great car and no problems at all. I will recommend it to my friends as well. Keep on the good work.

Recently we back from Malta and we had very bad experience with Malta airport transfer.com. we paid for return journey for private car ,but we were trasfered with a shuttle bus and even after complained we have not recieved any explanation from them and neither refund money. It's radiculious and I believe they are out of control by their government and nothing will be changed until people stop booking online for airport transfer.They will never be rich or famous with cheating people .One day your cousin will leave you and I hope you will be in a hot place just matter of time .

I booked a private taxi and was charged £20 for one person for this service. On the day they arrived with a shared mini bus that already had a couple on board, they collected me and another family. They were 20 minutes later than I had booked, I queried all this with the driver who told me they did this all the time, and that it puts the drivers in a difficult position as they see the clients face to face.

They also tried the same thing with me a couple of years ago, on arrival at Malta they told me I had to wait as there were other people to come on the transport. I told them I had booked a private taxi, after much tutting and eye raising they took me in a private cab.

Found service excellent driver very good and meet us at arrivals and pick up was the same would not hesitate to use this service again

I go to Malta for a few times a year. I have always booked my airport transfers through Resort Hoppa and luckily I have always been served by William's Garage. I am very happy with the excellent service they have always provided me.

Booking with Malta Taxi Online website was easy and efficient, and there was a good selection of cars to choose from.

We were met at the airport by a smartly dressed representative with our name on a board, who gave a few pointers about driving in Malta, then gave us details of how to get to our hotel even they offer the Airport Transfers to any location in Malta for '15 a trip.

All in all a very good experience, and we will certainly use SwanSea again next year.
