go: our suitcase arrived with 30 minutes late and we could not find our driver at the exit. A call to Transferbus and was told immediately where the driver was waiting for us: to the cafeteria between the two exits.

back: the car arrived at the exact time of our reservation, to our hotel.

The driver was at the arrival hall with a sign and after 5 minutes we drove to our accomodation (Maspalomas). The pick up was punctual and again we were at time at the airport. Both times we had a a very nice car!!

We used transferbus at Tenerife. On arrival the driver was ready for us. On the return journey the driver was delayed 10 minutes but we received a phone call prior to our pick up time to let us know. Driver arrived exactly at the time they said in phone call and got us to the airport with no problems. Would use again.

I booked the transfer from and/to the airport in Malta and the service I received was excellent. Good value of money and punctuality of the drive. I recommend the service especially for girls that travel alone and for students. Excellent the customer service. They always reply to emails and give you assistance in a timely manner.

I've booked return transfer from Las Palmas to Playa del Ingles and was really suprised with perfect service I have received for so low price.On arrival we had a problem with our laguage - it was lost and I neded additional time to fill in forms. Drivers was waiting me , he understood the situation and patiently spent one hour more. But more suprised we were at the return transfer witch we had 4.45 AM. Driver arrived half an hour earlier and was waiting for us in the lobby while we were taking morning coffee. So we found transferbus service very reliable and highly recommended.
