Allura Hanoi Hotel

Highly recommend this hotel when staying in Hanoi. The location was perfect...very close to the water puppets, Jade Temple / lake, and other notable Old Quarter attractions.

The hotel is small but very comfortable we stayed in the Superior double room which was lovely, spacious & clean. The hotel is close to everything. I would like to thank the staff I will definitely be returning.

We stayed here for a total of 3 nights this September and also made it our base when traveling between Halong bay, Hanoi and the Airport. The locality of the hotel could't be any better, close Hoan kiem Lake and Night Market....The room is spacious and clean.There's a computer in the room and the free wifi throughout the hotel is a bonus. The staff knew where everything was and advised us on the best way to get wherever we were going- excellent service. Highly recommended

We stayed at Allura Hotel for 3 nights its a fantastic hotel.It's small hotel but the best stays i have had in a hotel.The hotel staff were extremely courteous and alway went out of their way to help us with anything we needed, the location couldn't be better in the heart of old quarter, close Hoan kiem lake and night market. The room was clean and a computer with internet access. Highly recommended

The hotel was very welcoming.The English speaking staff were friendly and helpful and made us feel special. Free tour information was a nice touch and the hotel helped organize a great trip to Halong Bay and Sapa Trekking as we requested. The service was beyond expectation and made our stay a highlight.Room was comfy with a large bed and big sofa.The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable, the bathroom very neat and well equipped.I will stay here again.
