Hanioti, Grecotel Pella Beach

In 2009 my sister and I took a week long holiday staying here. We were on half board so breakfast and dinner was provided in the form of a buffet. Food was served for a good length of time and the staff were very friendly. There was an excellent range of food with lots of fresh and local foods. The chefs and staff were really friendly and to add character, each night they baked a different, extravagant cake and made some kind of sculpture out of food (for example an ice sculpture). The staff at the hotel were really friendly and cooperative in helping to organise meetings with your holiday reps, days out and in giving advice for the local area. One morning we were leaving the hotel early to catch a coach to a cruise, the staff were very kind in opening up for breakfast over an hour and a half early so that we wouldn't go without food. The pool was really nice and the hotel had a private piece of the beach less than a minutes walk away so that getting sun loungers was never an issue. Staff were always present to help and ran many activities through the week although I personally didn't participate in any. The gardens were really well kept so that overall the hotel was very visually pleasing.
