Kefalos, Albatros Apartments

i think the bad reviews reffer to a previous manager, must do as they could not be more helpfull airport pick up and deapture so no worries there super freindly very very clean and probably the nicest bay in kos we where on the upper floor and had a great veiw of the sea, (all do) the snakc avaiable and breakfast are all excellent quality and free wifi round the pool are/ba, all the amanities are avaiable very close by shop beach and harbour max 2 mins, bus stop to kos town about 50m away, the road outside is more of a track is is not busy at all. all in all a super safe lovely place couldnt have asked for a nicer place

We stayed in Kefalos at the Albatros Apartments. When we were there the bar was open very late ( 2;30 am some nights ) with people been thrown in pool. We found that you were not welcome if you complain about things. We experienced the maid just walking in without waiting! We were made to feel unwelome , not just us but our Couples felt the same. Personally we would not recommend to Family & Friends. Kefalos is Great & so are the Greeks . The Albatross is run by British Couple & it felt like a British Pub, not what we came to Greece For. Sorry, but thats how we felt about the Albatross.

The location was good - over road from lovely harbour & 5mins to small beach, but to us the bar at Albatross Apartments seemed more of a british pub than something we expected to find in Kefalos. I thought it was noisy & seemed to open late. We would not recomend the Albabtross.

You can't go wrong if you stay at Albatross, everything is A+++++++++. I didn't want to come home! When I stayed there, they made us feel like part of their family. My kids loved the man who worked behind the bar.

Top quality clean place to stay! I'd go there again and again.
