I Thought That All Of The Staff Was Really Polite
I thought that all of the staff was really polite and gave you the help that you needed. The apartments themselves have enough in them so that you are able to cook, have a good shower and even watch telly. Also they are well looked after. It was my second visit to the Xaloc and hope to return again in the coming July as that it has everything that i needed, so that i could enjoy my holiday. I have told many people about it and that it is a brilliant place to stay and also that you can enjoy yourself. And all the lads had a really good time and will see all the friendly, polite and very helpful staff in the future.

Very Nice Hotel! Near The Beach, Apartments Spacio
Very nice hotel! Near the beach, apartments spacious and clean. Great club La Caf Royal in the complex of hotel-we were spending there every evening, watching different shows! Well kept swimming pool. Staff also friendly, Lots of small bars/pubs and shops close by. I can recommend this hotel for young people and also families with children.

Been To Xaloc Apartments Twice Now, Both Times A G
Been to Xaloc Apartments twice now, both times a girly holiday with there being two or three of us. The hotel is in a great location right on top of the quieter nightlife of San Antonio Bay, however, there is plenty to do at night even here, if you didn't fancy going into town. The West end can be reached in various ways - we chose to walk there every night as it was a pleasant walk along the front, and it meant we got to try out the different bars along the way. An alternative is to get a taxi into town and this will cost you around 6 euros. A third option is to get the boat over to town, this goes from opposite the apartments and only costs 2 euros so not bad at all and drops you off right in front of all of the action.
The apartments themselves are very spacious indeed - plenty of room and basic but ample facilities. The first time we went, we had a quite small balcony with a great view down the road of all the bars etc which was great. The second time, not as good a view but absolutely massive balcony, so you could end up with either one. All of the staff are very helpful and speak very good English. Nestor is cute, he is he night guard and we had various conversations with him at 5 in the morning after a night out.
There are two pools, a huge one which slopes down and a junior pool with a baby end. Both were clean at all times whilst we were there. There are many sunbeds however, as we tended to get up at about 2ish, you struggle to find a sunbed at that time.
If you are planning on eating in, there are various Spa type shops along the road that the hotel is on and these sell basic food to cook. However, it is relatively cheap to eat out, which we found on our second visit - and there are various places to eat. You could go into the west end to eat, particularly along the row by the fountains (can't miss them) however, we stayed around the bay to eat. Amerstam restaurant is lovely it sells any type of food that you can imagine from Chinese to seafood to American style. This is reasonably prices as well. We also ate at Casitas which if you come out of the hotel onto the main road, go right up the road past pink panther and carry on until you reach it, you can't miss it, it has big iron gates. This was my favourite place to eat and did a deal for 2 courses.
Bar wise, around the bay my favourite was pink panther cocktail bar - screaming orgasm was my favourite. Also liked donnegans a typical Irish bar. If you walk into town, stop off at bay bar - nice and relaxed atmosphere. In the west end, try out Trops, Play 2 and Ground Zero to name a few of my favourites but there are hundreds more and I would say try as much as you can and you will always find better drinks offers.
We went to Eden, Space and Es Paradis whilst we were there. If I went again I would give Space a miss. We got free tickets which is why we went but it costs around 30 euros to get there and back and on top of paying to get in I wouldn't particularly recommend it. However, Eden and Es Paradis held several different nights - all of which were great particularly R n B and Garlands.
Finally, Reps trips - I would highly recommend the Mardi Gras - good night had by all, and the boat trips were also good. However, don't go mad, spend your money on other things and just do a selection of the trips.
All in all I highly recommend this holiday to all there is something for everyone.
