Located on the Esplanade in Fleetwood, Lancashire and only a short walk to the sea and town. Parking outside the hotel for only 6 cars but you can park on the main road without time restrictions.

The food at the hotel is very good quality and good value but it is a shame that the accommodation is not up to the same standard. Rooms vary in size from very small to twice the size (some literally have been made into two). The biggest let down of all is the noise walking around the rooms - it really does creak and moan and when you have guests arriving above at 0100 and then 0300 you will without a doubt be woken up.

Cleanliness is not up to standard expected. The floor had not been vaccuumed from the previous guests and the bin was not emptied either.

The hotel advertises WiFi but this was not working (although the landlady said it had been 2 months previous and did not know anything on setting it up). I really wanted to rank this higher but taking all things in perspective I cannot. The good food alone is not enough.
