Istanbul, Ambassador Hotel

My 70 something year old parents, wife and I had a week long stay at this hotel. This was my third visit to Istanbul and wanted to stay some place different that I felt would cater to a mature group. I would say this is the ideal place if you want a hotel that is comfortable, quiet, clean and not full of college kids. Not the prettiest rooms but you'll love it here.

This hotel has wonderful ammenities including easy access to tram, airport shuttle service, a relaxing spa and massage service (don't leave home away from home without it), a great roof top restaurant that offers a breath taking view of this magnificent city.

Customer service is some of the best that I have had in Europe and I travel to Europe quite often. Front desk reception Benjamin is simply the best; always willing to go out of his way to make our stay a happy one. Mom and dad love this guy!

If you want to be near some of the best tourist sites I would definately recommend staying at this hotel. Great location, incredible customer service, spa treatment and more.
