We found the ByWard Blue Inn on the Booking.com website and I must say it was an excellent find! We were originally looking for a B & B in Ottawa Ontario and I'm glad we didn't find one! We found the ByWard Blue Inn instead. What a wonderful experience we had in Ottawa and this Inn helped. The front reception staff were wonderful. Friendly, courteous, helpful and funny! The room was lovely with a balcony that allowed us to see up the street to the ByWard Market. The mini fridge was stocked with milk and creamers to use with the coffee/tea which was provided with the coffee maker in the room. Although we didn't use it there was also a microwave oven. The plates/mugs/cutlery were clean and in good shape. The breakfast that was included was lovely. Both hot & cold items available. We had a 2 minute walk to get to the pubs, restaurants, stores and market stalls. We took advantage of the underground parking they offer and were pleased that we did. Off the road and safe. The parking area is small and was a little tricky with our Dogde Grand Caravan, but we did it and all was well. Wonderful!!!! We will be back. We felt this to be a very good value for the price.
