Ramada Kittery

When we checked in , the manager was in a confrontation with a customer over a charge for a room.

At first they seemed nice ,when we came back after our day in Kittery MAine we were greeted by a nice young women given the room keys.

It appeared the parking lot was almost empty .

We found NO elevator and wehad to climb up a steep set of steps . The Room smelled as we entered and it got worse, A ceiling tile was coming down in the BR, toilet was rocking the bed skirts were ripped and soiled and it was dirty in general, When we requested a new room we were told since we were not happy and there were no rooms available we had to LEAVE. We refused an they called the Police.we were out of a room on July 2 holiday weekend ,thankfully we stayed at a caring place in NH. There are some nice people left

DON't Stay here . Not bookings fault Just dont want anyone to have our Nightmare .
