The Blue House is not as represented on the website. The second 'bedroom' is a storage closet in the basement that has a skylight and no egress. It also smells of mold. In addition, the garage under the first bedroom is rented to a suicide hotline, and there are people coming and going all night long, so it is not at all quiet. Finally, the 'patio' is always in shade, not really suitable for sitting outside, except on very hot days.
