This company put us in the cheapest hotels they could find on our cycling trip in France. So much so that 6 of the group refused to stay where they had been booked. Everything was as cheap as possible. One in our group had a pannier that fell apart, the water bottles were from the dollar store, there was no support van, the maps were terrible and the distances we were quoted were off every single day. Completely disorganized. They are in the wrong business. One night when almost everything was closed they dropped us in town for dinner but said they couldn’t come back and get us because they were going to have some drinks?!?! Hello! Your first priority is to your tour not getting a buzz on! Terrible experience!

From the moment we arrived at Limoges to the time we had to depart, Bonkersfrog could not have done any more to make our stay any more enjoyable. Everything was first class including the bikes and equipment, the accommodation and food. It was really nice to cycle around the Limousin countryside where it was a surprise to see any other traffic. We hope to be able to return in the not too distant future.

A huge "THANK YOU" for making our cycling holiday a relaxing yet challenging and fun-filled break; it was so nice not to have to think about planning each day ourselves and not to have to worry about meals or anything else.
