If you are mislead to book a rent car from these people by advertising that cancellation is FREE. In spite of the fact that cancellation is not just days before car pick up date , it was weeks - no money back. Their policy contradicst to what is on their web form to book ren car !

If you disregard this warning you are on your risk to be cheated in any aspect that you can imagine in case you proceed to do any business with them.

we got a car from another firm, byala cars, as they subcontracted us out (the lesser price wasn't passed on, i actually had to pay by credit card at their rates, not the proper ones and it was 50 pounds MORE)THE CAR WAS FILTHY,it stunk, it misfired, , and A woodscrew HOLDING THE DASH TOGETHER! upon return, with a girl who spoke no English, i rang them and got no where, the firms just blamed each other,the motoroads guy in Sophia was blatantly lieing.... bad service on a stellar scale....they even tried to take the bad reviews down on the sites i put them on, DO NOT USE,

Excellent service by Motoroads during all the phases, from the booking(got all questions answered quickly) to the picking up and return of the bike in Sofia. Bike and accessories (BMW 650 GS, helmets, etc.) new and in excellent condition. Would highly recommend and would use again.
