I'm frustrated, never had this experience and frustration. Will not use this agency again. Yes, the Customer Service clerk was helpful and understanding. Took over an hour and extra $ 600.00 to get this problem solved. Which was not of our doing, but of the airline. American Airline would not just change the flight either. I understand this was not his fault, but that I must pay fees to change a flight because of the Philippines Airline changing their flight is ridiculous. Their excuse, its 3rd party fee, so Agency charges me fees to change the connecting flights, because of the 1st flight in this series was changed by Philippines Airline. Never again I will use a 3rd party to book my flight. I feel like I was out of money.

My wife recently bought a ticket with these conartist and it was a horrible experience. At first my wife found a ticket paid for it and then a couple of hours later she received an email stating that the flight was oversold . She called back to inquire about the flight and some how she was giving the option to rebook on the same for $50 more per person. She agree to the extra cost since it was still a bargain. Lowers past and she called them to tell them , where is the airline booking code. They said that bank had the card on hold but when ever the transaction will be approved she would be charged with the new fare , that was now $150 more per person that the original cost. My wife told them to cancel the reservation , they told her it would cost $300 to cancel the reservation. I called the bank and it was cheapfly who had the card on hold. I also called the airline and found out that the reservation was on hold waiting for the travel company. In the end I called cheapfly , told them to cancel it and threaten them if they tried to charge me $300 for a ticket they originally cancelled. As mentioned before , their help desk is a joke .. they will put you on hold and then hang up on you. After I finally canceled the reservation with them , that itinerary was $400 more , I ended up finding another on a different airline about $200 more than the original reservation. It seems their scheme is this. You find a cheap ticket , buy it and then they cancel it using bogus excuses .... oversold , canceled etc. Once you do buy the next ticket that they offer for slightly more then they put the reservation on standby claiming it’s your bank doing the hold up when it’s them holding the reservation till the price rises and if you want to cancel then they come at you with cancellations fees. I have no clue how this place is even in business.

Pretty much just like everyone else I was trying to save some cash using this cheap website,, it didn't crossed my mind of reading the bad reviews it really has.. I purchased 3 tickets for $720 from L.A to CHICAGO for my family last week Friday night.. by Saturday afternoon I got an email saying my tickets/seats had been sold and if I still wanted them I would have to pay an extra $120.. it just didn't make any sense I said BS im not paying more money.. so they changed my returning time from Chicago to L.A to a time they had available.. I called spirit airlines directly and they told me my credit card information was never used to purchased my tickets,, cheapflightnow had used they're own credit card on file and had paid $480 only for all 3 tickets when i paid and was charged to my credit card $720.. What do you guys think about that!!!the worst freaking 3rd party company out there to do business with... horrible experience!!!!

I purchased a flight on Cheapflightnow. I filled out all the information gave them my credit card and they sent me a confirmation number. When I tried to check on my flight the next day the confirmation number would not work. So I contacted them through their chat and chatted with someone who told me I booked it on a waiting list website which is not true I took screenshots of my confirmed reservation number and flight info nowhere did it say anything about a waiting list. She then said they never billed my credit card so they do not have to honor the flight. But of course she could find me a more expensive flight. So I call there one 800-number and spoke to someone else who said first that the last leg of the flight was sold out. He said he would see what he could do.So I checked on Skyscanner and they were selling tickets For the exact same itinerary going to and coming back.So I told him that then all of a sudden he said the last leg of the flight would cost more and he could get me a ticket for $150 more than what I was paying. So it went from sold out to more expensive. I feel this company is bait and switch and basically found out they could get more money for my seat and sold it to somebody else for more money and didn’t have to honor their confirmation. I will never use this site again I would suggest that nobody else does either especially if it is an important travel plans for you. Beware they do not stand by their word or conformation code. Do not use cheap flights now.

I wanted to book a flight for my sister and 2 teenage kids, from Brussels to San Francisco for februari 2018. Cheapflightnow offers flights for $141.00, incl. taxes and fees !!!! When you go on select, than they ad the taxes and fees !!! When I called them, first they say that I don't understand than they say it's a mistake of the website ....!!!! Sure enough, legally they have to respect the fees, if their website says $141.00 incl. fees and taxes, it should be that rate, otherwise they have to say $141.00 EXCL. taxes and fees..... I made a picture of their offer on the website, and I'm planning to file a claim for false advertising. I have no problem putting my name, that's exactly what happens with that company, I have the proof.

 for a ticket that I booked since Friday and was still fighting for a tickets number. Every time I called, I was told two minutes and each of every one of them told me not to worry and promise that I would get a ticket number. I call AA and was told that cheapflightnow never process the payment. They used all type of excuse only to wake up with a E-mail saying my card decline after four days. So I decided to book with CheapOair soon I saw the E-mail and payment went thru and ticket # was E-mail within 10 second with CheapOair. Cheapflightnow promise so much and full of it. I would never or recommend anyone to do business with them and I plan on reporting them to a higher chief and by the way they will never put a supervisor on the phone when ask and I'm not the only one complaining about bad service.

Don't count on a reservation made through here. I passed up some other good offers on a flight from Cleveland to San Diego to take advantage of a cheap flight offered through here. It ended up they canceled my reservation the next day because they said the plane was filled or was no longer offered. I doubt I will trust them again.

I checked this site AFTER I bought my tickets but am thankful for the multiple negative reviews because it helped me save myself a lot of money.

I had searched for tickets for my sisters to travel from Canada to Pakistan for quite a few hours and ended up finding smartfares.com (I booked with smartfares.com but received reservation through cheapflight.com). It was much lower than other websites (almost 300-400 CAD difference from other sites) and there were only a few tickets left.

On the website it said to call their number and receive a potentially cheaper flight. When I called the representative said it was the cheapest. I asked what the difference would be online or over the phone and he said over the phone would help him with a sale - so I said let's do it over the phone would help him get a sale. I said let's do it over the phone, it's win win. After getting everything done and I agreed to the price and dates, I received a confirmation email while I was on the phone. I also received a reservation code. Then the rep said to hold on and I was sent the rest of the itinerary which included specific dates, airline names as well as flight numbers (no ticket confirmation). I said thanks and was pretty pleased.

Two days later American Express (the credit card I used) called and it was the fraud department. Asked if it I had done the transaction and they were concerned because the charge was from a strange company and it was just a website name (something like cl.shop.com I don't remember). Anyway I confirmed yes it was my for tickets and they said that while it was denied this time, if I call the travel agency again AMEX will accept the charges. THANK GOD for AMEX calling!!

Because I called cheapflights.com (based on email) and JUST LIKE THE OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS, they said that the "airlines" did not confirm the tickets and the agency can't help it because they are just a travel agency. And that the airlines had cancelled the tickets and now they can't do anything about it. However for a "reasonable rate" of $450 PER TICKET, I can book the tickets again. I was pretty annoyed and said it was unacceptable and this is BS what's the point in confirming and buying the tickets (I did not tell them the charge was denied because I wanted to see if they would even bring it up - they didn't)!

I felt bad for the agent because it's the company not the individual. Anyway, he put me on hold, came back and said he was searching, then hold again, then came back and said was searching with manager. After 30 minutes on hold he came back and the line was disconnected (lol what?)

I called again and a different agent picked up and seemed to be more knowledgeable. However, he also put me on hold and came back and said the airlines was busy but he'd call back in 10 minutes. He called me back in 20 minutes and when I tried to answer the call hung up and went to voicemail somehow. Anyway he left a voicemail saying he would call back shortly but that even though they tried to re-purchase tickets, the prices have gone up a lot and now it's not possible to get the same price. In fact the prices had more than doubled. But if I wanted to continue with the purchase I was welcome to call back (yeah right).

Meanwhile, the ticket prices have gone up from $1350 each (was around $1650 on other sites) to $1800+ EACH in two days on all the other websites. Thank you for NOTHING. Will obviously never use cheapflight.com OR smartfares.com or whatever the hell they will call it in the future, again.

Please be careful and hopefully you read these reviews beforehand.

Okay, I got scared af, when I ordered the ticket especially after reading these reviews. The website looks sketchy, and the pace of the actual booking time/booking price seems too good, until you question it. (the speakers are attentive--at least in spanish).

I ordered the ticket over the phone and they charged my card. But after 3 hours (now 4:17 am), of trying to get "a call back in 10 mins" and making phone calls for confirmation to both the agency and the airline, I finally got my tickets. The flight was booked but it wasn't payed by the travel agency at the time of booking--which made me feel even worse. My thought was that they booked it, but instead of paying the airline, they would keep the money. After so much time, they were payed.

Conclusion: I am not sure if company is 100% legit, but at least I know I got my tickets.

Price: Tickets were pretty good priced, especially since I got very low overlay wait, AND for time I ordered. It's a month before my flight, and tickets are easily between 50-300 dollars cheaper than other sites.

Recommendation: Read all reviews first, until you decide to use service or not. There's definitely a possibility of being shammed, I just persisted until I got what I wanted.

Cheapflightnow.com is indeed cheap in terms of service. It was days already since I booked my flight and so I talked to one of their client reps. The rep, though, informed me that my reservation was not confirmed by the website. Again, it has been days already yet no one informed me. Cheapflightsnow is a total BS posting CHEAP fare prices that would later on get cancelled by the airline in the duration of the ticket waiting time, which is 24 to 72 hours. 72 hours?! Of course airline would have already changed fare prices by then! I've used Skyscanner.com and Kiwi.com with no problems like this at all. Don't ever use this website. To top it all, the guy I talked to was not helpful at all, typing one-liner templates without giving me a clear explanation why the booking was cancelled! If I haven't asked and asked, he wouldn't even bother exaining! He's probably already tired of dealing with a lot of angry customers. Lol
