Not Secure - Unsasafe
Freeparking have had serious security issues during the last 12 momths after their servers were attacked. After enduring this I have recently had a serious problem with Freeparking that every webmaster and bussiness should be aware of. . Freeparking were asked to redirect a domain in my accoun without my consent. The request was made by a person I had never met and who had no right to make this request. He was using information found on Who.is. I only dicovered that my account had been tampered with when I viewed my (supposedly) password protected console. I later discovered that Freeparking staff had responded to this request without contacting me (their customer).
YOUR DOMAIN AND DIRECTING CAN EASILY BE HIJACKED. Freeparking staff will help ANYONE to do it!
I sent numerous emails to Freeparking requesting an explanation for their disregard to security and data protection. They failed to respond over a period of three months. When legal action was mentioned they responded within 24 hours. They replied. "we do answer any query from any people even if that means that we go beyond. I've checked the previous ticket and confirmed that we have provided support to your web administrator with the email address g15****@aol.com . But we haven't provided any information such as password or any critical information available on your account. This person was not my web administrator.
Freeparking are willing to help anyone to redirect your domain name to any website of their choosing! This could be costly and dangerous. Freeparking's limp response shows that this company do not take their customer security seriouslyIf you want your domain names to be secure and directed to the correct website go elsewhere.

I wouldn't even recommend them to my worst enemy!
Their support is absolutely appalling, everytime my email went down, I contacted support who eventually replied with some sort of lame excuse - it was NEVER their fault.
Then along comes the "new improved" Freeparking with a fancy colourful (impossible to use) front end and the end of unlimited free email accounts, these are now limited to two and any others are chargeable.
So glad I got out when I did, I gave them one star as you have to, they don't even deserve 0.0 of a star! My new company has great support, unlimited free email accounts and are about half the price of FP

Appalling & Disgraceful
Major problems when these guy's tried to migrate my accounts before, lost the majority of my emails and they told me it was my fault... NOW I cannot send any emails because I'm exceeding my mail quota (by sending one email) and they are saying it's my fault even though they have sent me the log files showing their system stuck in a loop....
I have multiple domains with them, but not for much longer.
My business is now suffering and that's where the line has to be drawn. I'm tired of been fobbed off with reasons that don't explain why and what has gone wrong and what they have done to make sure it doesn't happen again in the future.
I'm a defects manager in my day job and the explanations are falling short of incompetence. For the costs they are asking for I'm no longer getting value for money.
It is a shame that we cannot award "minus stars" as one is too good.
Anyone know of a good hosting site?

They Have Stolen £2000 From Me!!!
They were only supposed to take £19.98 for two domain renewals. Their site mucked the procedure up and did not complete, I was not given the usual verification. I thought the procedure had crashed and not completed. I found out later that it had stripped the decimal point out and taken £1998.
I echo everything everyone else says about the shambles it is now - I have had SO many other problems and they simply do not reply any more.
There is no longer a phone contact on the site either.
I had previously been a satisfied customer for 12 years.
Update:
I have had a horrible few weeks when I thought I had lost almost £2000 to them, but eventually it was resolved and the money back in my bank this morning.
The problem has been dreadful results of move to the new site. It is very poor and I had to ask for help with every single thing - nothing was straightforward any more! The staff are there, trying to help and to solve problems, and they ARE making progress but with so many problems and repeated requests, they are able to do nothing but wade through each ticket in the order they get them.NO matter how urgent your need is, and I thought my lack of money was VERY urgent, they are done in order. I see there are fewer bad reviews since the migration in June so they are getting on top of it.
Feeling calmer now!!! .... and I now know how to change email forwarding and send them to more than one person, and change url forwarding and you can still have up to ten free emails@yourdomain.

Many issues - I'm still trying to sort after recognising the full extent.
I'd recommend to anyone/everyone moving - but I do not know how smoothly that would go.
I have had ALL websites fail. They will not even preview on the chosen partners tools. Some domains I manage externally and use Office 365 exchange servers. None of these emails broke (fortunately) but all others with freeparking did.
No.1 rule of IT. Do a sample test of users to find the issues before mass deployment. This could not have happened.
No professional organization will now touch freeparking and I'd imagine they have or will go under quite quickly.

Very Disappointed With Recent Service
I have a number of domains with Freeparking and for many years have had excellent service. This migration to a "new", "Better" system has been an unmitigated disaster .. I would like to say that I am sure they will sort it out, but for nearly a month I have been trying to manage my domains and sort out what now has to be a Business Email account but with absolutely no luck. The support team have tried, and I assume must just be swamped with complaints and queries as their service level has also dropped off.
To top it all today my mail accounts have ceased working as the 30 day limit to migrate has been exceeded. I feel I have no option but to move my domains to another provider.
Very disappointed.
Completely agree with this review, complete disaster of an upgrade. Ruined my email service, has been down now for 3 days now. Turns out that they didn't tell anyone that the new service reduces the number of mail forwarding you can have!!!!! Still I can't address this issue as the new, extra confusing control panel just generates an error. DO NOT USE THEM.
Staggeringly Bad - They Should Go Under
The migration issues have been an unmitigated disaster - this company's reputation cannot and should not recover after this fiasco. This company deserves to fail as a result of customers leaving them in droves. Every single domain and client I have with them will be moved after this - once I get access to my control panel which as of 12/6/2015 I still don't have. Support are next to useless. Do not use.
Incidentally - there should be an option to submit a review with a zero star rating.

Long-time Customer Trying To Leave Them
Having been with them satisfactorily for over 10 years, and relying on them to keep email services running now I have reduced mobility in advancing age, I have missed emails booking medical treatment, pension changes, house insurance and food delivery since 26 May when without discussion, they changed their systems and thereby ceased service. Repeated fault reports to them since then asking for support to reinstate things have resulted in glib but false responses, including their assertions that the services were up and running when they were not. I see someone, a day or so ago, has initiated a DDOS attack on them. Never mind that being illegal, I can't help thinking they are being given a dose of their own medicine. As soon as I can manage it, I'll be transferring my domain to someone who will not lie to customers.

Good Service
I have a feeling people only tend to note problems on reviews so I am redressing the balance somewhat. My own experience is that Freeparking has offered a good service for many years and yesterday is the only time I have experienced any problem, with an email outage - restored within a few hours.
