Defunct

No longer operating and lots of people owed a percentage of up to £20 in accrued points.

Value For Money

Bankrupt

They used to be good, then they got taken over and the new "owners" decided to cut a lot of their concerns, and MutualPoints seems to be one of them.

Affiliate Future affiliate marketing are said to be the oens to contact, but why an affiliate scheme should be "running" a site like Mutualpoints is beyond me.

No wonder members on the MSE forum have a lot to say about how poorly they have been treated.

Waste Of Time

I have been subscribed for some offers which are worth 300 points in total but never got the points. I raised a ticket in January, updated it in February but now we are in March and it has been totally ignored. Above that they have stopped any reward offer emails from coming to me.

Stay clear.

Waste Of Time

I have been a member for over 10 years and never had a problem, as the reviews from a few years ago agree with. In April I asked for a cheque for £30. After a month I raised a ticket, I now have 2 open tickets via their support centre without any response. I did manage to find a phone number, not easy, but is a waste of time.

When I tried to unsubscribe it refused me!! but won't speak to me.

Customer Service? What Customer Service?

I used to think Mutual Points was great. Then I discovered hundreds of points were not applied to my account a few years ago via one particular retailer. Thankfully Mutual Points took details, and after checking my purchases they did honour the points.

The same happened last year and I was given a 'token' gesture of some points but not all. Not sure why as all my purchases were checkable.

Since November Mutual Points have been completely ignoring the tickets I open regarding yet again, you've guessed it, more missing points. Points that are worth a lot of money.

There is no other way to contact this company other than via the tickets, but as the customer service reps don't even reply to me what can I do? Nothing it would seem.

To me this is stealing on their part. They need to pay up before legal action is taken.

Patronising Customer Service Don't Care Bout Ur Lost Points

Disappointing and Patronising Customer Service. Points are too often lost. No fun or enjoyable as it says if you have to argue your points and waste your time almost every time you take up offers. I've been with them since 2001 and recently decided to unsubscribe because I was fed up with their excuses and for BLAMING ME abut MISSING POINTS.

I could login before taking up offers, having cleaned cookies, doing everything very smoothly but they always came up with the same excuse!! NO RECORDS in their system! Instead Mutualpoints should improve their sys !! Or simply THEY DON'T CARE to reward points! This was my conclusion before unsubscribing.

For a long-standing company part of a larger group they don't show any interest abut members, indeed they even stopped sending the yearly members satisfaction surveys, no wonder.

By the way my cookies worked perfectly since I was regularly awarded the automatic points for clicking reward mails, as opposed to them having to approve transactions.

Also their Populus and NewVista surveys are badly rewarded or not rewarded at all when lost!! I pointed it out but of course I was ignored as same as when I formally complained with them and their tmn group. If you bother with this site go for the 5 points reward mail only!

They have plenty of partners for collecting points but when points go lost the 'value for money' is nil!

In a recent link "Mutual point" sent to me, they promised, that if you ordered from their recommended site and activated a given code you would receive(guaranteed, as they put it,i still have the link!) a reward, which in my case was a computer. I ordered but of course no computer arrived and when i wrote to their customer services, they did not even reply.

Mutual Points started out as you would hope. You shop and earn money. Great.

Once you earn money and start asking for a check, things change. Yes they will sought it after you write theman email. But how come it's not automatically done anymore?

MutualPoints is a really great site, if you're an online shopper then you must check out MutualPoints! Basically they have partnerships with over 500 top online stores including John Lewis, PLAY, Expedia, Apple and American Express; virtually anything you need, whether you want a holiday, a loan, insurance, DVDs etc, etc. Everytime you shop at any of these stores via MutualPoints they earn comission which they then halve with their members in points - when you reach 3000 points they send you a cheque for £20!

Is that's simple, money for nothing! I love it!
