I am a Compaholic and www.thecompetitionclub.com is one of the best sites I've found. It's really easy to navigate and there is no junk all over the place, just Competitions!
I joined the 1st Class Club which was £25 for a year but I think this is really good value as you get loads of great hints & tips. The person who runs the site is a Comper and she has listed all the prizes she has won and how she did it.
There is also really interesting information from the post office and handling houses and you can enter Competitions which are only for 1st Class Club members.
It's a really friendly site and I'd recommend it to any compers.
