I joined this site not so long ago and i think i have won about 3 times (small wins, from 36p up to a £10)

Last week i bought tickets and it charged me double, and miscalculated my purchase and took too much money. I contacted [email protected] about this 3 times with no response, just a reference number. It has since done this twice more. However, when i locked myself out of my account, they returned my query immediately to reset my password.

I was also entitled to free spins with my deposit- 20. I spun 9 times and it threw me out saying i had used all my spins for the day...when i should have had 11 left.

I contacted Support again, with no response.

Slots give shocking returns. I have played on lots of sites and never, ever had I've known slots return so little. I would rather have flushed my money down the loo than have to accept that I have allowed myself to have been ripped off by this money grabbing company. Should be looked into. Regulated ermmmm ? My friend and I joined LUCKYPANTS BINGO for roughly a month and was having a wonderful time chatting to the lovely chat hosts and also other players, and playing bingo and the slots and having fun, then suddenly out of the blue both of our accounts had been temporarily suspended for a security verification??? Was told we would be update in 24hrs ..... nothing then on about the 3rd day they send a email stating our accounts have been closed and to read there terms and conditions - Looked at the terms and conditions it more or less states they can close any players accounts at there disclosure however we were both verified players and could not see any reason behind them closing them. Funny how we both had Money sitting in our real money accounts that we have been told are null in void and also pending withdrawals. Players be aware its started off a really good site however we are going to fight this as its not FAIR and we dont wont others having this issue like we have had !!!!!
