I have been a patron for almost 2 years of Robin Hood Bingo I love the site i love the players i love the hosts the chat games are fun and there are rarely any problems on my end....until i won a big money game recently! I won £2000 on a pre-buy game called PayDay Bingo which runs monthly...I won the full house on this game but noticed no money was credited to my account only to go to their live help section to be told that because i had forfeited a bonus the day before i had therefore forfeited my tickets to the said game which was bought with a completely different bonus that was not forfeited...so why i asked did my tickets play...not only have I been swindled out of £2000 out of this site but another player has also been swindled out of £2000 by this site by allowing my tickets to play and throw up a win which they found a way to renege payment on i am in an ongoing dispute with this site at the minute trying to get my well deserved win for the amount i play on there and have given glowing reviews on other review sites but not any more i want everyone to know the tactics this company will go to to take wins from under players noses the whole thing is rotten and i am also going to trading standards with it....avoid like the plague!

i joined this site 4 years ago and loved it. but then it got sold on and i dont like the new terms and conditions.first you punish me for winning by removing all my bonuses and now all my coins that i used to redeem and turn into cash if i won as now been turned into bingo bonus ,making it impossible to win. not happy will go bk to land bingo at least if you get a bonus....you can play it and keep your cash if you win ....disappointed as been a customer for so long ...you just put the final nail in the coffin
