i made a deposit and was told i was refused the welcome bonus I asked for a reason and they said in terms and conditions they do not need to do so. i then withdrew and closed my account, they asked for a reason and i told them why and they did not care. For three weeks i was frustrated with this casino platform. It's highly unacceptable that such a platform leave people winning after some spins with no room for withdrawal. Glad i took better steps because the support wasn't helpful.

 I am strongly anti-gambling and would never sign up to a gambling site. I have received unsolicited emails from this company without an unsubscribe link.

When I request they unsubscribe my email, (3 separate messages so far), they refuse to - asking for my postcode and date of birth and insisting I signed up with one of their 'sister sites'. There is no way I would provide this potentially compromising information to anyone over email, and certainly not to a site with terrible online reviews like this one.
