Paddypower was the only bookmaker not to return the free bets earned i placed all my free bets on the grand national through the year an with the collid 19 virus causeing it to be cancelled didnt return them all other bookmakers returned em to friends who bet the same as me low move on em stay away from em

Paddypower are the best on-line betting company i have been with. I have tried the vast majority of sites over the years,and have come to that conclusion. Having been a member in the distant past and then leaving to try others;i have recently re-joined and could not be happier with them. They have a great site,cash-out,extremely fast-acting bet placement and are very generous to their customers. The offers on events are second to none. They are also the best for loyalty rewards,giving free bets at regular intervals throughout your membership. One other aspect that sets them apart is their customer service team. Simply,the best i have come across.Now i am back with them,i will stay with them until i give up sports betting entirely.

WAS SENT AN EMAIL OFFERING TO PAY 10 PLACES ON GRAND NATIONAL ON ALL BETS PLACED FROM 10.00 AM ON 3RD APRIL , ON 4TH APRIL I HAD £50 e/w on LORD WINDERMERE which finished 7th , not been paid yet , bad form.

Was very unfairly treated!!! Deposited over £150 to be told by the team that they would not give me my bonuses which they advertised! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!

Its happened too many times to be coincedental. I am not a heavy gambler. I'll put a fiver on to win a couple of quid on goals. I will also cash out if it looks like nobody will score. But get a few winners in a row and the cash out option disappears. I have been told it was my old phones fault, my new phones fault and even my tablets fault. Even my slow 56mb broadbands fault. Just total chancers.

i opened an account with this site and was lucky enough to win not a great amount but enough to make me happy . then it happened , they shut my account down saying I was self excluded , but why was i allowed to open an account and play for hours , it it because i put a withdrawal request in they thought no problem shut him down and we don't have to pay , well to this day i have never and never will get my winnings, so my advise is never play on this site. i think if you are allowed to open an account and allowed to play they should have the decency to pay out as you have paid in.

I hate Big Brother, but my mother loves it, so I decided to make a few cheeky bets on evictions based on what I'd seen whilst eating with my mother as she watched it.

I joined Paddy C0ns for a special offer of something like 'add £10, get £25' or something. I don't remember it was months ago. However, I do remember reading the full terms and all the associated links relating to the promo.

I added the £10 and placed a bet and never received the total of £25. I spoke to a few people on chat and was eventually, after getting fobbed off, that I only got the extra cash if I spent £xx on xx bets. I explained nowhere did it say that, provided them the urls for the links, even a screenshot and they stuck to it.

It was days before the bet would go live so I asked to cancel everything and they refused.

I went to the Gambling Commission who basically said Paddy Power had done nothing wrong, even though I provided copies of the t+c's and proof that they added this clause after I signed up and paid.

After going around in circles with managers on chat for hours I told them I would log a PayPal claim. They promptly suspended my account so that I couldn't even so much as log in.

Needless to say PayPal sorted them out and refunded my money. I just hope the company was forced to pay PayPal for refunding me.

In short: c0n artists. Another perfect example of lying to get your money and not coming up with the goods.

Never trust with this company. I have a bet 500/1 which is £2 to win £1002 I won the winning bet they refuse to pay as it is a system error. Arrogantly insisted a SYSTEM ERROR !!! With the manager. Can you believe that?

OH Paddy after taking nearly 40,000 pounds off me playing blackjack,still you want more.Think you need to have a look at computer generated games,serious unfair and not very sporting.

Any punters out there,my advice is leave well alone.Go to a casino

I opened an account with Paddy Power - My 1st bet was on Padraig Harrington to win the US PGA. I placed my bet and settled down to enjoy the Golf. As we all know - Padraig won - Happy days ? Nooooooo .

I went on site to claim my winnings - Circa £400.00 - ??????

No winnings - no message - no nothing -- ?????

I phoned their offices and asked what had happened. ??

They said that their site had had a glitch. They said the bet was never acknowledged. They said that they could see that I had tried to place the bet - They acknowledged that they knew of my intention to place the bet . They however refused to accept that they owed me money. They also admitted that they had not informed me of the error with the site - I was allowed to continue in the mistaken knowledge that I had placed a bet.

The essence of the situation is that The Paddy Power organization is essentially a group of CHEATS - Joy - I have successfully persuaded every person I know ( Man with 87 1st cousins knows a lot of people ) never to place a bet with PADDY POWER - The Dishonest Bookmaker.

The name Paddy Power is now linked with Dishonesty - I would never play cards with Paddy Power. He would play with a stacked deck.

Every Time I see a Paddy Power Advert - I am reminded that I have a duty to spread the word about their dishonesty.
