I applied for a £5000 credit card with Anderson Young and recieved it within 7 working days with an appology letter for it being so late. I dont know what you guys were doing wrong. Also you cant apply for finance after 65 unless you are a homeowner because you are on deaths door, just like your dad or grandad whatever you said, i wasnt really reading the comment properly

i applied for a loan with anderson young a few months back and the lady i spoke to said i had got the loan and just had to pay the 44.99 fee and i would recieve the card in ten days ,so i waited patiently and never recieved one, then i got a rejection letter saying i was unsuccesful with capital one i was not happy with the situation so decided to seek legal advice and i got told by trading standerds by law they have to refund my money within 14 days .so i sent them a letter demanding my refund or i would take them to court and constantly phoned them and i never recieved no phome call or letter back from them. i am absolutely disgusted with the way they treat customers and would not reccomend them to anyone, i will be taking this matter furter and take them to court cause i dont deserve to be treated like this i am a single mother.

I too am like everyone else on this site, saerched for a loan and then got this letter through the post! I thought it was too good to be true, and decoded against it. Then as things got even worse, I rang them and spoke to them, asking whats the likelyhood of being accepted..80%... not bad I thought so I agreed to pay the fee... I so wish I hadnt done so :( now I have no credit card, bank account or anything and I am down by 39 pouns, which although doesnt seem alot, I could get two weeks worth of shopping with that! These people are the scum of the earth!

i recieved a letter from anderson young stating that i would recieve a bank account, credit card with £5000 limit and help to build my credit rating. i phoned them, paid a £49 fee and was advised it would take 10 days. 8 weeks later....nothing!

today i recieved a letter from my bank advising me i was successful in opening up a new bank account (an account i alreay have with the same bank) i called my bank who advised me that an application had been made on 5 oct 09 (i was in jamaica)

i then checked my credit report and a search had been made by capital one, i called them and they too had an application not made by me. when i mentioned anderson young the man said similar things have happened with this company and hey promise this credit card and never see it through.

so aswell as loosing £49 i recieved a bank account i already have, a search on my credit report which affects my credit rating and iv not had to report fraud as i hav not made this application and i cant even find anderson youngs website anymore.

these people are a rip off.....if there is one thing i have learned over the past year is any company who wants a broker fee will never work. its not the first company who has done this 2 me and wont be the last to try this. hopefully iv learnt my lesson!

i am another unfortunate person who was tricked into believing i was getting a credit card for 5,000 pound.i paid the fee,i rang(NO ANSWER)these people need to be stopped.

few weeks ago I claim for loan but it was in credit card for £5,000 I did not hear any think I already paid the fee, i wish I did'it am still waiting to hear from them, I have tryed to ring them but All I get is ringing sound. it is really bad sevice it seems like they only want our money I will not recommend Anderson young to anyone.

MY name is gary i received a letter from these scam merchents. this was for a £5000 pound credit card and new bank account i tryed to ring them to find out more info about everything before i payed my £40 but no answer for days.

Today i thought that id go on this web site and i found all these reviews im so glad that i looked on the wed site before i i sent the money.........................................

I have just sent an email to gmtv, these people have to get there just rewards

and our cash back!!

what a real rubbish company dont answer the phone after they take your money i wouldnt recomend these to my dead aunt
