Worst Company Ever!!!!!
I never even requested a loan from this company and they tuck money out of my bank without me even knowing. Ive been trying for days on end to get a refund back and the company keep saying it will take 1-5 days when its a total lie. Every time i have rang them they just say a load of rubbish. Apparently the are refunding the money but taking £5 off it. They haven't even sent the money back!!!! Never ever use this company. There the worst place ever to even visit!!!

this company first took money without me being aware then when i requested a refund they have been telling me for the past 15 days that it is on its way back to my account.... they are a shocking company to deal with and will not even contact me with a complaint department details.

Terrible! After 2 20min hold calls finally got through. I argued that they must be using another website to which I was assured otherwise only to find that they do use others. Made a fool of me didn't they. Waiting on refund now. 1 stat coz I have too.
I have been tricked by these company's as well, 1loan took £44.99 and when I emailed money gaga replied. Moneygaga emailed asking for my bank and card details, like I'm ever going to give these.
My bank has opened a dispute with them and have stopped any future payments to these to companies.
I have read the reviews and I'm the only one they took 44.99 from so maybe they have up their game.
I will take the to the financial ombudsman. I will update as well
Wrongly Taken Money
Moneygaga have wrongly taken money out of my account. I managed to dispute it with my bank and get it refunded. A few weeks later I receive a letter saying my bank had received proof of me agreeing to make the transaction. My bank can't do anything to stop it And I did not apply to them. I can't contact them and their going to be taking £34.16 out of what little I have anyway just before Valentine's day. Great. I just wanted to know if anyone has a contact number or something, I've tried everything and still ain't getting nowhere. Please anything may help. Ty. J.b
i have been waiting over 15 days and still nothing got told first 1-5 days depending on my bank now been told the same complete joke..
same happened to me and i am still waiting think i will contact my bank for fraud seems to be the only way
I have now received an email from these awful people saying my money has been credited to my account but will take between 1 and 5 days to show in my account. This was supposed to be done on 28th Feb. I'll let you know if this actually happens, not holding my breath though. You could try as I did threatening them with the Financial Ombudsman, Trading Standards and the National Press. Don't know if this did any good, but good luck anyway.
I have had exactly the same experience with these dreadful people. I have sent countless emails, telephoned again countless times, and eventually threatened them with the Financial Ombudsman and the national press. I have now been told I will receive a refund tomorrow, 28.02.14. I am not holding my breath. If I don't receive this, I will not give up. This has been ongoing for seven weeks now. They are, as far as I am concerned, a complete and utter scheme. Good luck with getting your money back, don't give up. If enough people keep on at them I'm sure they will have to go out of business eventually. I have written to Secure My Money Ltd, who appear to be a holding company of some sort of these people, but have had no response. Maybe it may be worth your trying.
Hi, my bank also couldn't stop the payment as they say it was in the terms and conditions. However your bank help by opening a fraud issue if you didn't tick terms and conditions .

Moneygaga is the1loan if you email them u should get a reply as they took money out of my account but after weeks of tracing them down I get a reply of these people who trade as gaga however I would not recomend at all ever using these.only 1 star as had to mark wouldnt let me unrate
Fee Without Warning
I was searching payday loans on line and kept getting sent here there and everywhere, it's all so confusing! Then I get £39.99 taken out of my account at the end of November. I wrote an email no response, cancelled my card. And forgot about it until they have no taken another £39.99 from my account. How can I get my money back? That's nearly £80 that I just can't afford to loose. It's completely unfair. Google the website and it's a standard message that they are not taking any new applications!!

Liars!
At a low point, was searching for a loan online, only to be charged £39.99 without any warning by this company. I was only aware because my bank phoned me, so straight away I contacted them to ask for a refund,( contact number only available from my bank) and they seemed only to happy to oblige, I was told it could take 30 days, so I waited for 30 working days, after this time I emailed asking where my refund was they said that I would be refunded on jam 17th bit then it could take another 5 days to clear, so waited again, then emailed and emailed no reply......this company are liars that prey on the vulnerable, today have contacted the financial service ombudsmen, I will not let this lie!!!

i also had money taken out of my bank account by this company ,they have NEVER had my permission to do so,but when i phone them the number is unobtainable,i have written 2 letters to them for a full refund but they have not replied to either of my letters or paid back my refund,i have reported them to the fraud department of the police force,so hopefully they will get my money back for me.

Stay Clear Of This Company
same as all the rest have taken the cash I requested cancellation in writing via post and e-mail I did manage to get a refund sheet which I submitted on 19/11/2013 we are now at 24/01/2013 and still no refund currently on hold to I don't know who as the initial person who answered did not say where they were transferring me to started in a line of 13 now i am number 4 however this has taken some 22 minutes so far.
I have kept to their terms and conditions but they have not as the money has not been returned in 30 days as stated.
If I do get any joy I will let you know but I am not holding my breath they prey on the poor this is sooo sad.
