Yes there are some bad songs and amateur musicians, but some of the better songs on the site quickly make up for it. There is plenty of original material that is absolutely original and most of it is available for free download. I have downloaded at least 30 songs and have even been keeping track of a few of the bands and artists on a regular basis. It also has a very clean look to each of the artists pages in which many of the musicians provide their own original artwork. There are also top 100 charts for each genre and a map page that shows what the listeners throughout the world are listening to. The forum is a little light as far as traffic, so if you post in there it may take a couple of days. Overall, UnsignedBandWeb is my favorite free music site and I highly recommend it.

At Unsigned Band Web I love being the first to discover songs that my friends haven't heard before and turning them onto it. There is some incredible music to be had for free! I would recommend this site to anyone.
