Lack Of Care

Ordered card and present for my son's birthday, they were abandoned in full view on the doorstep in London and promptly vanished. Tried to contact Moonpig to ask them to investigate but won't even respond to my emails. For the amount I paid in postage I would expect a signature, and while it was the post office that were negligent in their handling parcel they tell you to contact the sender with complaints. Not much use if the sender doesn't care enough to respond. Why are gifts not sent to be signed for to ensure safe delivery, the postage wasn't cheap. Complete lack of care in sending and no interest in responding to issues.

50th Card And No Envelope

Placed order for a card for my sister's 50th birthday. It arrived promptly but no envelope. What use if that if you are intending to post. Unhelpful customer service advised you need to tick for envelope. Really!!! I have never bought a card and didn't get an envelope. Won't be using again and will stick to funky pigeon who know who to operate.

Always Let Down With Non Delivery

ONCE AGAIN, CARDS NEVER TURNED UP, ONCE AGAIN REPLACEMENT NEVER TURNED UP, ONCE AGAIN REFUND NEVER TURNED UP. CUSTOMER SERVICES COULD NOT FIND MY POSTCODE THAT HAS EXISTED FOR OVER 35 YEARS, CONSTANTLY ASKED THE SAME QUESTIONS, ILL TRAINED STAFF, LONG WAITS FOR REPLIES, JUST GAVE UP. MY TIME IS MORE IMPORTANT.

my suggestion use another company hat actually cares about your important day.

NEVER EVER WILL I USE MOONPIG THAT HAS LET ME DOWN ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION

Too Expensive

Trying to send a fairly plain mother's day card costs over £6, then add £2+ for postage, I thought ok, wil go Head as you can send flowers from here too, but wow, £60! Quickly cancelled the order and ordered a similar bunch from the florist for half the price , same with the card. Convenient yes but bloody expensive.

Unable To Complete Order, Web Site Ineffective And Annoying

Selected product followed steps but it wouldn't take info. When I put sn address here in Scotland, it came up saying you don't deliver in Northern Island!!! Fir goodness sake it's Scotland;; lost all confidence in you. Useless web site. Appalling!!;

Use Funky Pigeon

I ordered from here for my son's 16th Birthday and was assured delivery would take place on his birthday.

Delivery did NOT take place on his birthday.

I explained this to their customer services via live chat.

After a short while he came back and said the item had been lost in transit and re-ordered at a cost to them and would now be delivered in 1-3 days.

I stated that it would have been nice to have a choice as what use was a birthday card which will now be 1-3 days late and that a refund of the item would have been preferred.

Do not trust these one bit.

This was my second try of Moonpig after they messed up a few years ago. Wish I hadn't bothered now.

Go to Fucky Pigeon if you want a company like this. Never let me down once.

No Card Delivered Till After Birthday

I ordered a card for my daughters birthday. Ordered on the 19th November her birthday was 22nd November. It arrived yesterday the 27th

Waste of time and money.

Won’t be ordering again.

“Managed to mess up an order for a once in a lifetime occasion not once but twice and probably the worst customer service I have ever received

Extremely unhelpful customer service who refused to refund despite being told that the order was no longer wanted and would rather I sued them through the county court in the UK so I intend to.

Will never ever use this company again

My Friend Sent

My friend sent me a sm bottle of bubbly and a card and some chocolates it was in a terrible state when it arrived not even wrapped in bubble wrap the bottle had leaked all over everything making it wet and even the chocolates were wet in the box NOT ACCEPTABLE Bet you don't get intouch to put it right

Poor Service Again

Ordered a card last year and it arrived late, tried them again this year but same thing happened.

I emailed them on Tuesday 22nd to then get a reply today 25th which said they will look into it and cone back to me in 72 hours, that will be almost a week after my complaint.

They clearly have too many complaints to deal with.
