I have switched on twice tonight to find a toatal of 150 failure notices all to people I have not sernt e-mails to

I have been having many problems with talk21 ever since I clicked onto a new format about 3-4 weeks ago

I DONT LIKE THE NEW SYSTEM

When I type in a,b,c,etc I used to get all my contacts to choose who I send to ........Now I get every contact I have deleted, every contact who has died and every old contacts who have changed their email server included

Also, I click on all the people I want to send to but most of the time, click send and it comes back with "sorry" there was a problem, please try again

I cannot find anywhere I can Phone or e-mail to sort my problems

I have been on talk21 ever since going onto internet many years ago but I may have to change to another server in spite of having my e-mail address printed on about 200 cards

I has been good until this change over

Can anyone tell me how I can get someone one the Phone

As was approaced by Talk 21 under the aegis of BT saying they were able to offer me a reduced price service. They persuaded me to part with banking details to set up a direct debit. At that point I became suspicious and refused to finish the verification process. I did not want my service that I had with BT to in anyway be tampered with.

Great Free E-mail, and is less popular than hotmail, so more e-mail addresses are available.

Messages send quickly and you can upload large files quickly and easily with the new uploader.

At first I didn't like Yahoo, but the new service is much,much better.

You can also open messages sucurely, and it will scan attachments before you open them so you minimize risk of vomputer viruses, like malware, spyware, trackers and cookies.

Overall it is a very good service and i would recommend it to anyone, also, if you are a parent you can set up a kids account, and pair it with yours, so if they accdently change some settings, e.g. Passwords, you get a notification email, with hints designed by the account owner, so you can log in and change it back if need be,there arre all the other settings too, like e-mail signatures, and chat, thanks for reading, Thats all folks

I receive thousands of publicity mail from people with the Talk 21 account and I don't want to receive it no more.

I don't know where they had taken my mail address as I've never been registered there.

Please help me to stop this mail, what shall I do?

I have been trying to talk to talk21 for the last 3 months, to no avail.

I registered with talk21 some time back, and have since closed my account. Talk21 continue on a daily basis to telephone me to tell me I have new mail waiting, despite me informing them that I no longer wish to receive this information, I do not have access to this account anymore so I cannot retrieve these junk messages.

I have tried just about everything to stop them from telephoning me day and night, but they continue. BT suggest I change my telephone number, this is not that easy as it is a business line.

I would not recommend this company to anyone.
