Hi, I would like to commend a good step of closing yahoo chat rooms. The rooms were becoming a place for cam sharing with unknown people and stuff like that. Recently one of my buddy had cam recording while he was sharing it with some stranger. I know its his fault but YM chat and cam service was also very easily vulnerable in recent times. I just wrote thid review to support the step taken by you.

nice plug ins for music, insider is convenient...but i am really tired of being seen by those persons i am suppose to be invisable too. Also not happy that the persons i want to be visable can not always see me or me them. This is becomming a real problem. Also we can't use all the fun functions...but don't know why. Do love the ease of the microphone and photosharing.

Yahoo Messenger or YM for short is a good IM, but just like any other IM's out there this one has also a twist like when you enter your email and pass the first 10 seconds makes your PC or laptop laggy, which i find crappy for yahoo to do that (anyone else having this kind of problem?), what i do like about this IM is that you can make easier calls and it's very user friendly so i recommend this to anyone who love to chat.

I have used other messengers but I prefer to use yahoo messenger. it's script is very advanced. I always suggest my friends to use it and enjoy it.

Although I do not use Yahoo other services like search engine or email but I reqularly use yahoo messenger for instant communication. I use gmail for email and google for search. Google has also messenger service google talk but I get much more useful is yahoo messenger specially for conference chatting webcome chat etc. M Yakub Chowdhury www.myakub.com

We've been using Yahoo Messenger as our internal office messenging system for a few months now, we've had numerous problems with it, many people get randomly kicked out of meetings on a regular basis and sometimes some people are not able to log on at all for an entire day, then the next day or later on it will be fine again. It's very unreliable.

I have used Yahoo Messenger for 4 years now. It's free and you get to use chat and webcam with no loss of quality.

I have only used net to net calls and not net to phone.

The games are not too bad considering the free aspect and you get a free email account too.
