Your sales rep will never pick your call once you have paid in full. There was an error in one of my local listing and I kept calling them to report this issue, but no one picked up my call. But after a week I noticed that the error has been rectified and very next day I got a call as well to seek my feedback over the listings.

Upper management should seriously look into this before it gets even more worse.

I had read about such complaints on other portals as well before buying their Power Placement service but then I found some positive and cool reviews as well. I bought their services with mixed feelings and I thought these have been posted by their competitors but right after a week they themselves proved me wrong as no one was answering my calls but the latter experience was amazing.

Now I am getting good number of leads and decent traffic as well.
