Unauthorized Profile

Zoominfo somehow stole my profile information from my Linkedin account and posted it on their website without my permission.I have gotten nothing but one big run around when i tried to get them to remove my profile.

Beware Of Malware From Zoominfo.com

I recently found my laptop was going slowly, and there was a long pause before displaying any search page. I also noticed that for a second on start up a DOS window appeared, like you would call up to write a command. On searching the web for a solution the most frequent answer was that I had been infected by some malware that was likely pulling data from my machine. Running through the start up configuration I found the following command embedded in the start up protocol "ZoomInfo contact contributor" when I disabled this the DOS window no longer appeared and the system speed improved dramatically. Although this may be totally unrelated I have also been contacted by my credit card provider to say that there was what appeared to be an attempt to compromise my card and as such they had taken the step of cancelling and reissuing a new card. No purchase history check, just cancel, so I'm guessing they are pretty confident about the attempt. You decide - But my advice re ZoomInfo -Avoid avoid avoid!

Terrible Customer Service & No Response From Their Lists

I've been treated very rudely by a number of people at Zoominfo. They make subjective and

discriminating judgments about your worth to their financial goals and will then try to dump

you if your not their ideal customer. I've used their list and had zero replies. I've asked to

speak to their CEO and was told the person was in another country. I asked to speak to their

company manager and they were on a holiday. They have wasted too much of my time and

they lie about their services. They also want your contracts. I can't image any company who

would want to had over their personal business contacts to them so they can build their

database. Then their customers can target people in your company! It's illegal I'm sure to

do this. A company has privacy policies and they're not going to give away or sell their

own contacts or employees. Zoominfo should just go out of business. They had no integrity

and act like they're in a High School clique.

Can't Trust Their Info...at All.

This website is absolutely full of inaccurate information on people and businesses. Do not trust it. Dear Zoominfo, read through these reviews and take note that your site is ridiculous.

Utter Rubbish

zoominfo sent me an email stating that they had put my contact details on their webite. I immediately replied asking them to remove my details, but then they emailed back asking where my details were on their website! In fact, I am listed on there twice now, once for a job I left 8 years' ago and now for a job I am leaving next month. So their information is out of date and inreliable, as they just trawl the internet looking for random names to add.

Bunch of muppets!

Inaccurate Information

The review for "Vince Storti, Publisher, North Coast Litary Review" noted that I was "editor of North Coast Review"; that title is out-of-date, since there already exists a North Coast Review: the current and future title of the publication is "North Coast Literary Review".

Also, one should not confuse the line "coordinator: Vince Storti [email protected] with any preceding or succeeding lines: I do not coordinate any organization at the moment; nor, am I very co-ordinated.

Zoominfo Obtained Information Dating Back Several

Zoominfo obtained information dating back several years from press releases, and other websites. They they put together a composite profile that was actually three separate individuals with similar names. Further, one of the websites from which they had collected information had made an honest mistake, confusing me with someone else. When I demanded that Zoominfo delete the false information, they did. However, within a few months, they re-created the same false profile, using the exact same false information.

Zoominfo.com Added My Personal Information Without

Zoominfo.com added my personal information without my permission. Is this even legal? The information is poorly collected, "borrowed" from my own site, and cut and pasted in a way that ends up being somewhat inaccurate. Also, after years of working hard to make sure my website comes up on top of search engine searches for my name, suddenly Zoominfo comes up first. I am not sure how they pulled that off, but I take the fact that they use my name, website link and likeness without my permission very seriously and do plan to take action.

Negative Review On Zoominfo.com We Woul

Negative Review on ZoomInfo.com

We would like to voice a negative review/complaint about an Internet site, ZoomInfo.com, which presumably has correct and current information regarding businesses and individuals on the Internet. We found that if a problem is brought to their attention, for the most part they refused to correct problematic information on their site and blame it on a third party.

I cannot speak for the "individual" department of ZoomInfo.com, but the business site is highly unreliable! Our company is listed on this site and virtually everything is incorrect. Our company's Vice President of Operations contacted the site (via email and telephone as well) to give them the correct information and they could not/would not make corrections to the entry they have for our company! We were told that the information on their site, and I quote "comes from a third-party data provider and are not under the control of ZoomInfo." Here we are "the horse's mouth" so to speak and the company itself calling to correct the problem. We know exactly how many employees we have; we know our exact address and telephone number and exactly what we do It is amazing to us that a site such as ZoomInfo.com who promotes itself as having pertinent information would not make the necessary change to a business site, when the business itself calls and informs them of problems with incorrect information, and requests that the incorrect information be removed and replaced with correct information. Quite frankly, their site, from our experience cannot be trusted for accurate information and what is worse is they will not do anything about it when you call attention to the erroneous information.
