I have use your product to 20 years and it was great two day ago I upgraded and my life went to shXt why? you have wrecked a great product and gave me a nightmare that stop working with Amazon and net-fil's and a lot of inter add-on of other software. I restore my computer not I have to find a way to stop your up grade.

Now let me made my self clear, I do not want to be cool or awesome. I just want to use a computer and not spend my time learn a new skill.

Go back to the drawing board fire the awesome people who could not build on a great platform and had to be awesome. I hate awesome people they wreck ever thing they touch

Having struggled with Chrome, Firefox is a relief. Fast, Fast, Fast. Chrome, with its freeze-ups sent us back to the 1980s. Ugh!

This browser is extremely and crashed frequently. Maybe if you have a high-powered computer it will work for you, but for my laptop, it is incredibly frustrating to use. Every time I try to load a page, Firefox takes a message, and sometimes it gets back to me. Other times, it just ignores my attempts. I am using, but like to have 2 browsers going, and I wish they would fix Firefox because I don't want any of the other options.

I sometimes wonder if the rave reviews are being written by Firefox itself because I do not see any improvement in the "new" Firefox.

I was loving firefox. But now it is keep crashing in my crucial events like while loading resume to apply job or similar king of activities.

It totally sucks when your are almost done with your process and browser crashes. It automatically sending crash reports to Mozilla so waited for 2/3 months so they might fix this in coming releases. But never happened.

Finally, I stop using this piece of junk.

Uninstalled and not left any single piece of trash from any folder including regedit from my PC.

If you ever have a problem don't expect to solve it using their "support forum" First, you may not get a response for a week. Second, trying to navigate through there online answered questions is a joke. You type in your question in the support search bar and what it brings up doesn't even have anything to do with your question.

I love Firefox. I am a big fan. Besides it is improving gradually. I definitely recommend.

Although Mozilla Firefox has been my browser of choice for a number of years, the failure of this company to support the freedom of speech guaranteed by the 4th Amendment when it recently sacked its CEO in favor of oppressive gay rights intolerance for traditional (and legal) opinions on the definition of marriage makes it impossible for me to continue with this browser.

It has crashed 12 times in 48 hours.

I am changing browser as soon as I can find a suitable one.

Made reports to Mozilla, and they were ignored.

Now I will ignore them!!

I used Firefox for a long time and then it started getting squirrelly. One day when trying to use it a message popped up saying "Firefox profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible." I found a forum for Firefox troubleshooting and found going back in time I had 1000s of users for company. Like most other users I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling it without benefit. To keep things current I went ahead and repeated this issue and got the same responses from FF telling me to look for something I couldn't find since I was unable open the profiles or the default files. Every time I clicked on the FF file on my computer it would disappear and then reappear and disappear again when I repeated the step. I was asked about the firewall and the antivirus programs on my computer which I've been using for a long time with FF without issue. Apparently that wasn't the problem because they never mentioned it again. After wasting a lot of time I decided I'd had enough and was going to be content using Internet Explorer which I have done ever since.

I like Firefox, it has a lot of good features, and the best thing about it is the number of add-ons. Compared to the other browsers, Firefox has miles more add-ons and this makes the difference for me Some add-ons I consider essential.

On the downside, Firefox uses a lot of memory, and it sometimes crashes because it's using more than 1GB of RAM. And Chrome is noticeably quicker to use when browsing.

If it weren't for the add-ons, I would probably switch to Chrome, but for now Firefox is my preference.
