I struggled with them for 3 years, hoping that it will get better but the same problems showed up again and again.

For example: Until today you cant use their Mailsystem, cause a lot of mails will not be delivered to googlemail and other providers, because the TLS settings are not correct.

- Services are crashing

- Finally when they where migrating all users from one server to another they lost all my data and databases. After one week they finally restored everything, but I had to send them like 100 Tickety till everything was working again.

-webmail: contacts are not stored right

- slow

- sometimes the DNS fails

- sometimes I could not reach the ticket webpage

I can not understand why the four other reviewers are so happy with them, I moved to hostek.com and till now I am happy, but it is much more expensive.

I first started with Host Media after searching for affordable ColdFusion Hosting, I first went with their free ColdFusion Hosting, which they gave a domain with 1000 (space & traffic) all for £1 GBP setup fee, and it is free for life! I can't say how amazing this is, free ColdFusion hosting for about $1.60 nobody else is doing this!

After using the "Free" option I moved to the ColdFusion package which provided the best value in the market. They come very highly recommended.

Support - the support staff is absolulty wonderful, when I submit a ticket it is answered and fixed in the same day, and even the harder support questions the support team never stopped wring on my issue until I was happy. I have never met a more dedicated support staff from ay other hosting companies. In other hosts you usually hear this is your problem, you maybe have a code error here at Host media th support team helps you get through your problem like it was there own, and offer ColdFusion advice as well.

The service from their support team is wonderful. They take ownership of a problem, even when the cause is a code error and always provide exceptional advice.

Pricing - they have the least expensive pricing in the ColdFusion hosting market, and you will not suffer due to the low price, the support staff there is great! Also the servers are up all the time, I have never experienced any downtime from my ColdFusion applications.

They offer the best value of all the sites I evaluated in the ColdFusion market while providing top rate service with phenomenal server up time

We are using their VPS servers for Railo as we develop in CFML and we are so happy with Host Media! We are not the most knowledgeable with SSH and Linux but the Host Media team do all this for us :) We don't even pay extra for the management, we found out after all their VPS's are managed!

I have been with Host Media on a custom hosting solution for 9/10 months now using ColdFusion. I cannot be more happy with their services, to find a hosting company that provides ColdFusion hosting at a low price + great support is great!!

I first tried out their hosting on their free CF9 plan which gave me time to see if my scripts would work OK and to my surprise they ran faster than my previous host which I was paying a huge amount for.

I have just ordered a Railo package to give that a test and so far same level of performance and service.

I would happily recommend Host Media to anyone looking for great hosting! Can't wait to try out their Cloud hosting! :)
