Completely Rubbish, Can't Believe I'm Still Using Them

I've been with company for about 7 years now. Every time I open the business mailbox I tell to myself how am I still using this primitive and trouble-ish system. It's looks and works like systems from the 80'. I don't have the energy for the hassle of moving elsewhere, but I'll soon sure do. Don't even bother considering this option, go elsewhere.

Stay Away From Justhost By Cheap You Get Cheap.

I had nothing but problems with JustHost their IT support sucks. I am individual with 11 computers in my house. They keep telling me to clean my cookies and coach files. What a bunch of BS. I haven't had e-mail in today's my website is been down for two days and this isn't the first time. Do yourself a favor you buy cheap you get cheap.

Most Expensive With Terrible Arogant Customer Service.

These people think you owe them everything, they are the most expensive and their customer service is terrible, no help at all its all about getting every penny from the customer using any means possible, they with hold your data to ransom, I have been stuck with them for years impossible to get away from them as they withold data to enable you to move away. Please please think twice befor using them, it may look good on the surface but they do not care about their customers no matter how much gloss they put on their customer service.

Do Not Use

I have used JustHost until recently since they started a few years ago. When they first started the support was great the site was always up and I have no issues. Over the past few years the service provided by JustHost has got worse and worse. They have no customer loyalty and do not care if you stay or go. For new accounts you will pay around £2.00 per month for hosting for renewals you will pay over £7.00 per month. The control panel is now one big advert for a load of junk and useless addons that you do not want/need or an get free on the internet. My advice would be to use someone else.

I agree with this I have also been with them for years and over the last year thay have bumped up their price now £10.95 per month, and if you dont pay they withold your data so you cant move away.

it is definitely number one on my list of best web hosting providers.

It has unlimited domain hosting service where You can add an Unlimited number of Domains to the same account any time. I have been a loyal customer for years and whenever anyone I know is looking for webhosting, I always point them in the direction of "Host iT". I came across "Host iT" and firstly was very impressed by the positive comments people have left on the site, and the prices and services seem much more reasonable and affordable than some others. So far, everything looks excellent.

Utterly Woeful

I cannot stress how seriously you need to avoid these charlatans. They are very cheap and with good reason. 99.9% supposed uptime is a joke, regular downtime with no explanations.

When I tried to transfer my domain to another more competent registrar they were extremely obstructive and my emails took many days to receive a response.

On the upside, it's easy to talk to an actual human in their support teams (USA based) and everytime I have called, I've had a joke with them about just how rubbish their company is.

If you have support staff who are embarrassed of their employers, what hope does the customer have?

For a few quid more a month, you can get someone much, much more competent.

I Would Recommend Them... To Someone I Hated

Avoid at all Cost! Very misleading in their pricing. What I thought was £6.95 swiftly changed to £8.99 a month, then £10.79 a month. and beware the extortionate setup which comes to around £40 all together.

Their support is non existant to UK customers as they operate US opening hours and you end up waiting for at least 10 minutes a time before they answer your call.

Just walk away!

Misleading, Unsupportive - They Just Want Your Money!

Steer clear of this one:

These guys were misleading from the start: they sold me a "domain privacy" add-on which they then said they could not honour. Instead of refunding me the price of the add-on they put a "credit" on my "account with them" which I never got to use up.

Their sign up process was very poor and unintuitive which resulted in me providing incorrect details to Nominet.

Their initial price was cheap but after 1 year, when it came to renewal their price doubled for the same services (and they've already charged my card).

I took me about 2 weeks, 5 emails and 2 phone calls to get my refund back as they seem to have been transferring me between departments who were not communicating with each other.

Overal: a very poor customer service experience. Stay clear.

Do Not Sign Up To Justhost.com - You'll Regret It.

It's been 48 hours since I canceled my account at JustHost.com - It took 6 calls to get it done because I kept getting different instructions from each tech-support representative I had spoken to. When you cancel your account you are able to transfer your domains to your new web hosting provider via an EPP Code. After 24 hours I got the codes and they were incorrect. When I called tech support again he said the domains were expired and I had to correct him and tell him to check again and lo and behold I was right. I'm still waiting for the codes and in the mean time my customer's business site is down as well as my business e-mail. If you cancel your account make sure you have the time and the patience, it's an extremely painful process.

I'm not even going to begin to tell you why I decided to cancel the account.

2 Years Of Wasted Money

I never had a much downtime on my site than when I was with justhost. At least once a week my sites were offline sometimes up to 3/4 hours.

There was no live chat, only a ticket system. Usually by the time the team got round to your ticket, the error had existed for a few hours.

For one issue I had 3 tech guys looking at it, and none came up with the same reason/solution to it. One was actually rude and said it was my fault and he would suspend my service... he did. I spoke to another tech guy who said it was absolutely not my fault and re-established my server.

Needless to say, I moved to a much better hosting company.
