After switching web hosts a while ago, UKHost4u have gone above and beyond in providing me with expert support with my web hosting setup. Their support team is helpful, knowledgeable, and polite - and their prices are very fair. I'd recommend UKHost4u to anyone looking to host a web site.

I have been a customer for several years and problems have arisen. However, they guys are contactable and, in the main, problems have been addressed and resolved. Albeit with a poor understanding of what the customer is experiencing.

The latest problem - installation by them of a new spam filter - means that my personal email facility has been compromised for several weeks and is now virtually un-useable. A series of "quick fixes" have been implemented but matters have just got worse.

Without a reliable and functional email facility via UKhost4u, I am now looking to migrate elsewhere.

I have had the simple issue three times, the email would not get into the inbox, i.e. would get lost inside their servers. No senior staff by name Will, no support at ukhost4u, too bad if it is all they can is to follow the handbook. If this are not written in the book, tech support is lost, waiting till Mon when Will comes back to work.

I have hosted my websites with YUkHost4u since 2006. I am "non technical" so the support given is of the highest professional standard. Recently I have fund the need to have databases to support my websites. Being totally ignorant as to how I set this up, UKHost4u support team were better than ever and recommended suitable database software.

I am impressed by the speed in which they respond. They also gave me confidence to access the database area of the control panel. There was not anything to it, I was just terrified in case I needed to know code!

In the past, I hosted four websites with UKHost4u and moved them around from being separately hosted to making them sub domains. The Support staff helped me through this very, very patiently.

I am happy to recommend them to my friends.

Stay clear of this hosting company. The reliability is bad, the communication from the company regarding any downtime is non existent, and the support staff are unhelpful.

The hosting is expensive for what you get and the company do not give two hoots about their customers and have no customer focus skills.

There really is nothing good to say about UKHost4U and if you are looking for a host provider I really would look elsewhere.

Spent 5 days trying to resolve an issue of mailbox full; telephoned UKhost4U 0800 number and problem resolved in under 5 minutes! Great service.

My daughter and I have been with ukhost5u for a number of years now and over those years I have made a number of mess ups and have been delighted to find the knowledgeable and supportive staff at ukhost4u have helped my daughter and I out of the problems.

sometimes it is the middle of the night but they are still there delighted to help.

will from UKhost4U foundout someone had hacked my control panel most likely and was spamming from it, even I receive spam from own email which I couldnt understand how. without even my mentioning of it, he changed the password and informed me. I see that I still have a problem, but hopefully they'll help get it sorted out fully.

I have been with UKHost4U for many years.

In the times where I have had issues with my server, usually related to external issues not relating to hosting, they have always been there night or day to assist.

Recently I had an issue and Will took several hours, with no complaint to resolve the issue in an extremely timely manner.

The customer support really is second to none.
