The software is standard cPanel. Nothing really brilliant. Yes price is good as well.

But the support. Well let's just say there is none. Well maybe not none. When you request for hosting they are more than willing to help. But I've now been with them for three years and it's been a battle.

First they decided to move my site to a new server without letting me know. They didn't even update my FTP details in their Zyma site manager area. Then this morning my site gave a 500 internal server error, and it was due to high inodes, So first googled since I already knew I wasn't going to get support and tried my best. An hour later I gave in and tried getting hold of them. Let's skipp the swearing and soon and just say one smashed up keyboard later due to constant dropping of my conversations by Zyma support, no real help, and 8 hours of my life and I still have nothing to show for it. I can't even move my site currently. Can access my cPanel, but can't modify anything.

I would recommend Zyma without any concerns. I was very concerned before shifting but they made it look so simple and easy i was astonished by the awesome service. Great company, awesome support.

I did quite a lot of research before migrating my reseller account. It was a big decision on my part and its been 10 days with Zyma and so far im loving it.

I would without hesitation recommend Ztma. They have great support, which actually works and gets the issues resolved. There hosting package has better add ons and the price is great.

If you want a website that NO ONE EVER VISITS, Zyma is the place for you. If you want a website that is usable in any way, shape or form, go with someone else. They will take your site down without any notice for the most absurd reasons and demand money to upgrade your package before any action is taken. Emails will constantly bounce back or not be delivered.

The majority of their servers are also BLACKLISTED by Yahoo, Gmail & Hotmail, so customers will never get your emails in the first place. Not cool at all.

I also wrote a review for them on TrustPilot and received an offensive email from them which this site won't let me upload. Upon asking them for a reason why they'd done this, they told me I'd fabricated the email, even though I have header tracking information that shows the email came from their servers.

Avoid at all costs.

I was a bit cautious about using Zyma, considering their low price and high list of features, but can say I was impressed very quickly by the quality of the support staff. These guys know their stuff.

If you are not very technical like me, and have a simple website to host, you can't go wrong with Zyma. Simple to use control panel area makes my life so much easier. Thank you Zyma!

Been with Zyma for a couple of years hosting my Magento store. They have been very strong in all areas: backup, transfer, SSL, email, DNS.

Everything I throw at them they knock out of the park.

I rarely write reviews. Life is too short for that. Sometimes responsibility must take a higher priority than convenience.

This review is for those of you who care about what you do and rely on your website. Zyma claims "unlimited" service in every possible way. After I purchased, I noticed there is a three domain limitation that they conveniently omitted from their sales page.

A few weeks later, they disabled a health domain with only ten pages on it. They wrote, "ses extremely high amount of server CPU." This is on a ten page with text and small images.

The next step after that was even more incredible. They blocked my access to my three sites, removed them and wrote, "The Company reserves the right to suspend, discontinue or delete the accounts of User."

And they are keeping the money I had prepaid them.

Do you want to risk same thing happening to you?

I highly recommend to stay away fro Zyma with so many safer and more reliable hosting companies who actually care for you and have much higher ethical values.

Excellent customer service and support. Everyone is very polite and personable. Everyone I spoke to were very professional and responded in a timely manner.

Even upon switching up reps - they followed up on the last reps msg and responded back to me accurately without me having to explain myself again.
